My Mother was admitted to Montana in urgent circumstances. The Director and staff gave us great confidence that the process would be handled professionally, and indeed her move into the home was very smooth. Staff have been both efficient and caring, and they are understanding of her character and
particular needs - and always kind. The outings in particular do my Mother the world of good as she needs variety and distraction.

A good care home offering very individualised care. The home is small so ideal for someone with dementia. The setting is pleasant and the rooms are near to the communal areas offering the option of moving easily between the two. The food is of a good standard and there is a good range of organized activities.

My Mother was a long term resident several years ago and I still visit friends and volunteer at Montana. It is a wonderful carehome with exceptionally caring staff and Sisters. Nothing is too much trouble and residents have nothing but praise and are really happy there. It has a real home from home
atmosphere and is extremely well led. There are various activities for the residents and outings are also arranged. I would not hesitate to recommend Montana to anyone requiring care.

I visit a friend who is a resident at Montana and help out with some activities there. I can honestly say the residents are very content and extremely well cared for. Attention to detail is very important to the Sisters and carers and everything possible is done to ensure the safety and security of
all. My friend is very happy and often says how lucky she and the other residents are to live there.

My 85 year old mother has been really cared for with such kindness for the last 2 years and with dignity and respect. The Sisters and the care staff are always professional and the home is welcoming and homely. There is always someone available to to respond to her needs and she is very happy and at
ease with everyone. The meals are all cooked using fresh ingredients and the meal times are relaxed and sociable. The nursing care has been excellent too and communication between staff and family has been very good. It is a lovely place to visit in beautiful surroundings and well tended garden.

After a fall at home and attend A & E at hospital for an x-ray, I was a resident in Montana Care Home on respite care. During my stay I was looked after well with exceptional care and attention. My individual needs were catered for and nothing was too much trouble for management and staff. I don't know

My sister in law was recently in need of respite after a hospital stay, and she was treated so well at Montana Care Home. The attention to her every need was adhered to with such care and love. I was recommended this excellent care home in a care village by a nursing friend who lives nearby and I am so pleased that she recommended me to come here for 2 weeks after a 'blip' in my health. It is quite the best I have ever stayed in the area. The staff are so caring and friendly - I feel handpicked
from UK and all over the world. The rooms are spacious and everything is so clean and well looked after. My mother was in care for 8 years and in those days many were not up to standard. Activities are out of this world!
Reply from Jackie Law, Home Manager (Holy Cross Care Home) at Holy Cross Care HomeMargaret, thank you so much for your wonderful words about our home. It means the world to us to receive such fabulous feedback and know you are having such a positive experience. I am so proud of the team, they are all so dedicated to what they do. We love having you as part of our Holy Cross family and hope you continue to enjoy the home and activities we provide.
