I feel safe and secure here. The staff are very supportive and kind. Food is very enjoyable. I would gladly recommend this care home.
I liked the slices of water melon and ice cream in the hot weather a thoughtful gesture.

I also enjoy the activities. I would like to have a lot of walking.

I have a 96-year-old mother who has been in 'care' since 2015. The previous home closed down at 48 hours notice on 23rd December 2016.

Nayland House came to our rescue and 'assessed' her and accepted her on 24th December 2016. She has settled in so quickly, is well looked after, being happy to stay. Nothing is too much trouble and I am kept well informed.

Excellent care and attention sustained over two and a half years of my uncles stay. Well kept facilities and caring staff. It has made the last years of my uncle's life as comfortable and as pleasant as it could be given his infirmity.

I was very impressed by this home. The Management and staff have worked hard over the last 6 years to get it to where it is now.

The Residents are very happy and contented. Staff thoughtful and caring. Very clean.

The staff go over and over the call of duty to assist residents and relatives.

I would highly recommend this home.

My husband has been extremely well looked after during his temporary stay here. The staff are very kind and friendly and respect his dignity. He really enjoys the food and there is a good selection.

His room is slightly small but adequate. The manager has been extremely helpful in answering my queries and getting the right equipment to help my husband.

Nayland House is a well appointed and well managed home; my elderly mother has been a resident since December 2008. As she approaches her 99th birthday, she is well looked after in a compassionate caring environment. Her longevity is a testament to the excellent care she receives every day.
