I stayed at Nayland House for 7 weeks and enjoyed my stay very much. I look forward to staying again! Food/meals were very good too. The staff are very pleasant and friendly and I look forward to seeing them all again.

We found the home very welcoming. My Brother is very happy. We would not want him to be anywhere else. As soon as we walked through the doors we knew this is where he should stay and we were right.

I visited Mum on a Thursday afternoon. Firstly, I checked her room, which was very clean and tidy. I then found her joining in with a Dignity Tree activity which was very food. She was engaging in fully and seemed very happy. The staff were very good and treated Mum extremely kindly. Mum is the happiest
she has been for several years and Nayland House is a perfect p[lace for her.

Both parents were initially at Nayland House until Dad passed away. Staff are always friendly and polite, helpful and caring. Nayland is very homely and Mum loves the daily choices of menu. Mum's room is always clean and tidy. I feel very confident Mum is looked after very well.

My mother is a resident at Nayland House. Her care is nothing less than exemplary. Mum has difficulties communicating and the staff take time to interact with her, show her incredible kindness and warmth and respond quickly to her changing needs. We are made to feel very welcome when we visit, whatever

I feel safe and secure here. The staff are very supportive and kind. Food is very enjoyable. I would gladly recommend this care home.
I liked the slices of water melon and ice cream in the hot weather a thoughtful gesture.
I also enjoy the activities. I would like to have a lot of walking.

I have a 96-year-old mother who has been in 'care' since 2015. The previous home closed down at 48 hours notice on 23rd December 2016.


Nayland House came to our rescue and 'assessed' her and accepted her on 24th December 2016. She has settled in so quickly, is well looked after, being happy to

stay. Nothing is too much trouble and I am kept well informed.
