We cannot praise the staff of this home enough for the care they gave our Mother during her 9 months stay. They always treated Mum with compassion, understanding and dignity and went over and above to deal with her condition. Families members were kept advised of any difficulties and visitors were always welcomed in a friendly manner. The home is impeccably clean and welcoming.

My Mum received extremely good care whilst at Nayland House. The home was always clean and all the staff were committed and helpful. Staff always communicated when my Mum needed medical help form GP or paramedics. All of this helped with our experience during tough times for my Mum.

The care given to my mother during her 5 years has been outstanding. Staff have shown nothing but understanding, compassion and respect, whilst always ensuring her dignity. Mum's personal hygiene and other needs have been completed to a high standard of care, always clean and very well attended, completely being reliant on others.

The manager is excellent, ensuring very high standards of care and service are provided and maintained by her staff, always friendly and approachable. Any issues are dealt with promptly to a satisfactory conclusion.

We found the home very welcoming. My Brother is very happy. We would not want him to be anywhere else. As soon as we walked through the doors we knew this is where he should stay and we were right.

I visited Mum on a Thursday afternoon. Firstly, I checked her room, which was very clean and tidy. I then found her joining in with a Dignity Tree activity which was very food. She was engaging in fully and seemed very happy. The staff were very good and treated Mum extremely kindly. Mum is the happiest she has been for several years and Nayland House is a perfect p[lace for her.

Mum has been cared for at Nayland House for the past eight years. In this time, she has received professional care delivered with kindness and efficiency until her recent passing when we were kept informed of her condition at all times and we were treated with sympathy and kindness.

My mother is a resident at Nayland House. Her care is nothing less than exemplary. Mum has difficulties communicating and the staff take time to interact with her, show her incredible kindness and warmth and respond quickly to her changing needs. We are made to feel very welcome when we visit, whatever the time, and feel included in her care.
