They always treated Mum with compassion, understanding and dignity and went over and above to deal with her condition. My Mum received extremely good care whilst at Nayland House. The home was always clean and all the staff were committed and helpful. Staff always communicated when my Mum needed medical help form GP or paramedics. All of this helped with our experience during tough times for my Mum.
