The staff are always polite and helpful. They are very caring towards the residents, who are very well looked after. The home is always nice and clean and the food looks very good and my sister says it usually tastes good. She has a new room now which I have not seen yet so I can't comment on it, only
her old one.

Spring Lodge is a caring, happy home with a friendly atmosphere. The staff are always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The lady I visit regularly is well looked after and happy. There is good food and nutritious snacks provided between main meals. I also like the layout of the home - there are
many different areas each with their own atmosphere and a beautiful safe garden and courtyard.

My sister has been a resident for the past year at this care home. I myself work in another care home as a carer and chose this home due to the loving caring and thoughtful carers that do an extremely caring role, look after residents and do an outstanding job. The home is always clean and everyone
is always helpful. The food is excellent. I have recommended the home to many people, not only for residents but a lovely place to work.

Spring Lodge comes up to all standards in resident care. The home is wonderful on all things ile. You name it and the home gets there. My wife has been living there for 6 years and its home to her. When there, she feels safe and relaxed, cuddles the staff and smiles at all times.

My mother stayed at Spring Lodge for a week's respite recently. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, management very friendly, approachable and extremely understanding. On my visits, I noticed the residents always had drinks and was chatted to constantly by the staff. There are activities 5 days
a week, they even let my mother take her budgie in with her. All in all, my mum was very happy and has even spoken about returning. Thank you to the management and care workers who made my mum feel very happy and comfortable during her stay.

My mum has been resident at Spring Lodge for nearly four years and has always received the kindest care. Mum likes to walk and she is able to do this around the home and in the gardens which are quite large and secure. The staff, without exception, are caring and kind, spending time with individuals
when they can. The home is well decorated and comfortable and the views of residents and relatives are sought and acted upon. My mum particularly enjoys activities involving music and animals.

Spring Lodge is a care home with specialises in looking after residents with Dementia. My mum has been there since January 2015 and has settled in very quickly. She is very content in the environment there, is safe and well looked after.

All staff very friendly and cheerful and while we were there, all communicating with residents and offering activities. The home was clean and bedrooms acceptable size. All residents seemed quite happy during our visit.

At an awful time, when Mum was living in a home away from her family, the manager agreed to accept her. This was such a smooth transition to Spring Lodge. I don't have to words to express how much easier it has been to have Mum locally to me. All the staff are fantastic, they are caring and supportive.

Invited to the Christmas party at Spring Lodge. First visit to the home with a family member that has a resident in the home. Lovely atmosphere. Staff were so kind and caring towards the residents.

My name is Samantha Davis, and I have been a Nurse for almost 20 years now and have spent most of my career working in the elderly care sector; working within management roles for 8 years, I find this extremely fulfilling and rewarding. Working as the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead at Spring Lodge since September 2023, I feel there is a great team, and I thoroughly enjoy working with them all. I have a passion for person-centred care and am enthusiastic about promoting this throughout the home; I believe in providing a holistic approach to care and am looking forward to working with the caring staff already established at Spring Lodge to embed this further.

I have been an Adult Nurse for nearly 2 years now. I previously worked as an A&E Nurse in London's most diverse area. Working with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages. I enjoyed working there as it allowed me to gain a wide range of knowledge of others' backgrounds, helping me to meet individuals' needs with more understanding. Person-centred care is important to me as it allows us to provide safe and holistic care for that individual and improve outcomes. I previously was one of the nursing staff at Spring Lodge and enjoyed my role here, being able to provide residents with person-centred and holistic care. At Spring Lodge, I have found a fulfilling environment where I am able to connect with and assist our residents on a daily basis. Working alongside my colleagues has been a delight, as we collaborate to deliver the highest standard of service to our residents. In my spare time, I continue to pursue my passion for massage therapy, finding joy in helping others relax and rejuvenate. I also enjoy taking leisurely walks and spending quality time with my loved ones.
