Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My partner is a temporary resident at Wings, the staff are some of the most caring and thoughtful people I have ever encountered, each member of staff brings something different to the team and really contributes to the homely, safe and caring feeling that Wings gives. The management team and senior
staff team are second to none and are extremely accommodating, communicative and involved in the care process. I can't thank the team enough for everything that has done for her.
Reply from Paul Jaggs, Business Development Manager at WingsThank you for your lovely feedback. I will ensure the team at Wings hears this.

My daughter has been here for just over a year. When she first came, she was very apprehensive, but the manager and staff were so nice. She soon settled in, and now she is very happy, and that makes me very happy. They take her to bingo, also shopping and other outings. My daughter was in a bad place
mentally before coming here, but now she is more relaxed and happy. Wings is a Godsend, and I can't praise them enough.
