Always greeted by the staff cheerfully. My husband is being well looked after.

From the moment my husband moved in to Chyvarhas, I have found it to be friendly and homely. There is someone willing to help at all times. He always looks clean and tidy.
The meals are excellent - I eat here most days. When I am not here I know that he will be looked after with respect and dignity.

Overall, very satisfied with the care provided for my aunt. There were some issues with hearing aids, dentures and spectacles, but generally the care was good. In particular, the staff were always caring and compassionate, and I never witnessed anything that concerned me on many visits. I would recommend Chyvarhas.

I've been working in the care industry for 34 years, first as a Care Assistant, then, after gaining qualifications, as an Assistant Manager, and ultimately, Manager.

What I like most is being able to make a difference to our residents’ wellbeing and emotions. I feel privileged to be part of the team at Chyvarhas. The people we care for and everyone that works here shows such love and affection and we all treat each other with respect.
