My dear dad was at Penbownder House for nearly three years before he died. He had Dementia. The staff were all so lovely to him and us, and it made leaving after visits so much easier that he would happily go off with a member of staff. We will never forget the care and compassion with which he was
treated by the wonderful staff. Thank you so much.

Thank you for taking the time to post such a lovely review of the care your Dad received at Penbownder House. I have shown it to the staff as I feel that sometimes only being told that their hard work, love, care and attention that they give to our residents is greatly appreciated by us, it has more impact when it comes directly from the family. It's been a particularly hard 20 months for all of us, managing our way through this pandemic and your kind words have been a very welcome morale boost for us all, so thank you.

Penbownder house is a place in which both staff and residents catered for to a very high standard by my personal experiences when visiting. Lovely facilities and grounds which allows residents to be seen clearly happy and active. Was especially impressed with the maintenance of not only the manor but
the surrounding grounds. I would definitely recommend.
