Overall Experience

I cannot speak highly enough of this exceptional care home. From the moment you step through the doors, there is an atmosphere of compassion, professionalism, and genuine warmth. The staff are not only courteous and attentive but also demonstrate remarkable care and respect in everything they do. Their dedication to the wellbeing of the residents is truly admirable. The standard of care is outstanding, and I have absolute peace of mind knowing that my mum is in such capable and loving hands. The meals, from what I've seen, are thoughtfully prepared and of excellent quality - nourishing and presented with care. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the environment to the thoughtfulness of the activities, reflects a home that is deeply committed to dignity, comfort, and quality of life. I honestly cannot find a single fault. We are so fortunate and grateful that my mum has found such a wonderful place.

Overall Experience

Since coming to respite I am a changed woman and have really enjoyed my stay here. There is so much to be doing. The staff are very helpful in every way. The food is very good and plenty. Last night we went on a bus ride to see the Christmas lights. That was wonderful. It makes one feel wanted and that's what we want. It is eight years since I went out so I do very much appreciate that. I hope to spend many more years here and will be happy.
