I love going out with my daughters but then I love coming back home to Redannick House.
I think all the carers are wonderful and look after me so well.

I have lived at Redannick for nearly two years and I love all the staff. They are always so happy. My favourite times are when singers and musicians come to Redannick and we all sing together and dance.

The most important fact of this care home is the very kind and caring attitude that the staff have towards the residents. This is first class in all respects. Cleanliness is also excellent. The staff are all very good at organising and administering medication, personal care and the staff are always cheerful which has to be a good sign.

My mum has lived at Redannick for the past four years. Whatever time of day or evening I visit, I have always found the staff (all staff including managers, carers, cleaners, cooks!) very friendly, helpful and approachable.

Mum seems happy, there's plenty of entertainment. She looks well cared for and is always treated with dignity - I would have no trouble recommending Redannick to other people and I appreciate all they do for her.

The care and compassion is without a doubt the best I've ever experienced. The staff are so caring and delivered with a smile. All the staff are very approachable. The home is bright and plenty of room to move around I also like the garden. The daily activities are so good something different every day.

My relative suffers from dementia and has been at Redannick House for over a year. The building may not be posh, but the staff are very caring, friendly and attentive and my relative is happy there. When visiting, all service users are treated with respect.

The staff at Redannick genuinely care for the residents they look after. Nothing is too much trouble and they always go that extra mile to ensure a person's needs are met. The food is excellent, the home is light and always feels welcoming. They offer a good range of services and daily activities plus entertainment.

But most importantly my mum is happy there and that is thanks to their excellent team of staff.

My father-in-law is beautifully and lovingly cared for at Redannick by all members of staff.
All staff engage with him and I feel all anxiety issues he suffers due to his dementia and Alzheimers are addressed.

He is always clean and his room is kept spotless, with fresh sheets. I always feel welcome at the home and the atmosphere is one of warmth, love and sincere care.

Redannick Care Home is exactly what the title describes. The staff provide excellent care with compassion to each individual residents. There is always a happy response to their needs. Visitors are welcoming and staff are happy to discuss their loved ones current situation with families.

Opportunities are provided for involvement with many activities taking place regularly in the home or outside trips to various venues. I appreciate the care given to my husband. It is comforting to know that he considers Redannick House to be his home.

We are very pleased with the care given at Redannick House. The staff show compassion and patience with the clients. Nothing is too much trouble when we request something, such moving my mother-in-law in another day room because of the light and a view of the garden.

We are so pleased that Mum is now living in Redannick House. It really is like home from home which was one of our many objectives when faced with the difficult task of choosing a home for her. The whole home has such an amazing family atmosphere. Staff are always friendly and nothing is ever too much in the wonderful care they give. Everyone is very approachable. They really are FAMILY. Don't know what we would have done without them.

My mother has been at Redannick for almost 12 months and during that time she has been cared for with such patience and compassion by the staff. She has been involved in various activities that have given her a new lease of life - activities that she would not have experienced had she been living in her own home. I am truly grateful for everything that Redannick is doing for my mum.

My sister has been in Redannick home for nearly four years. She fell and fractured her pubic bone in October 2015, since then her mobility has deteriorated and she now has to be moved with the aid of a hoist and she is now needing 2 hourly care. She is doubly incontinent but the staffs care of her has been excellent.
