I have worked within the industry for 25 years and managing Residential and Community services for the last 18 years. My experience includes Residential, Nursing, Domiciliary and Extra Care including multi-site within private and corporate sectors. During my time in Health and Social Care I have had various roles from Operations, Registered Manager and Director of Care as well as Business Development. Recently in August 2024 I joined the Devon Care Group, taking the role of Registered Manager at Kahala Court.
