We have spent a lovely afternoon in the garden with the sister in law , the staff and managers are so careing, beautifully clean , superb garden , we were made so welcome, and everyone is well looked after with plenty of staff.
Thank you for your kind words, we love organising and hosting our garden events. We strive to help create happy memories for our residents with their families and friends. We hope to see you again at our future events.
My mother in law Mary is extremely well cared for with loving and attentive support from all staff ( especially her favoured friend James) with her daily care. Willow house is always exceptionally clean and without fail a happy environment to walk into on each visit.
Thank you for your positive review. I will certainly pass your kind comments on to all the staff, they are always greatful for feedback. Your Mum in law is an absolute pleasure to look after.
The management team are excellent. They are highly professional, responsive, and always approachable. They deal with any questions or concerns promptly and effectively. This has been very reassuring.
Without exception, the staff are caring and attentive and treat residents with genuine kindness and respect. It is obvious to all that they take pride in creating a warm and supportive environment. It's lovely to see that they always have a smile on their faces too.
We are extremely grateful for the dedication shown by everyone at Willow and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
Thank you for your kind and positive comments. We take pride in building a caring and collaborative team all working towards the same goal, creating the best home we can provide and caring for each individual according to their needs. Your Mum is always kind and greatful to all of the staff and...
This is a first-class home. The manager and staff are very customer-focused and caring. Mother is very happy with her. The garden is very pretty and a big feature in her life. The management are receptive to feedback and ideas. Warmly recommended.
Thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased that mum is happy living here. We are so lucky to have the facilities that we do and we're glad that mum is able to enjoy them too. We will always remain receptive to feedback as this is how we are able to improve the service we provide.
Janice and her team are organised and give us confidence in Mums care.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback. It really means alot to all of us here and affirms why we do this. We love caring for your mum and this review really reflects how we aim to look after the people living with us.

Thank you so much for your lovely review of our Home. We pride ourselves in providing the best care for our residents and our aim is to make it as homely as we can with all families and friends welcome. Your Mum is an integral part of our family, so caring and considerate of the other residents and always has a smile on her face.
Very caring and supportive staff, always happy to help. Mum is very happy and relaxed, enjoys the activities and food!
Her room is lovely and the garden is beautiful, plenty of room to walk and sit inside and outside.
We can visit at any time and any questions we have are always answered quickly. We feel very lucky to have found such a special place for our Mum.
Thank you for your kind words and positive review. We pride ourselves in providing the best person centred care we can. I am so glad that your Mum is happy and relaxed. She has become a much loved member of the Willow family.
I am more than happy with the care my uncle received at Willow House, good communication and updates on my uncle nothing was ever too much and having dementia the staff were well trained to deal with his illness and provide a safe caring environment, there were lots of activities provided and family invited to fun barbecues, days out in the mini bus and lovely photos taken of their days out to provide memories to loved ones, I would recommend this care home to anyone and the beautiful gardens gave a peaceful place to sit in summer months and watch the birds feeding from the lounge area, I would like to thank all the staff members who looked after my uncle
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words about the staff and the home, appreciation for the staff always motivates them to continue their hard work and true compassion. Your uncle (and his cheeky smile) will be sadly missed by all at Willow House. He was always a pleasure to care for....
We have known Joyce for more than 40 years. We feel our annual visits (an 800 mile round trip) to see her are valuable.
We felt a difference in the atmosphere of care on this visit.Although she was waiting for us in the lounge, Joyce was not appropriately dressed for going out on a chilly morning- she needed more layers, gloves, a scarf, for example. We had to prompt office staff for her cash.
We noticed a lack of alterness to her visitors' arrival on the following day and when we went to her room she was not dressed.
We felt Joyce would have benefitted from a more engaged handover when we arrived back from our outings. There was a lack of attentiveness to find out what she'd been doing to help her relive her enjoyable outings later.
During our time with Joyce we were very aware that she is, and has, been firghtened by another resident which made her quite agitated.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent visit with Joyce. We recognise how important your visits are to both Joyce and yourselves.
I am sorry to hear that aspects of your experience did not meet the standard of care and attentiveness that I expect. I will...
He has always been treated with respect and as an individual. The staff have spent time getting to know the person beneath the dementia, and this effort has meant he never asked to leave, or question why he was there. My sisters and I have always been supported and helped if we had questions about his care. They have been proactive in arranging GP reviews which have been prompt ( The attached GP surgery is excellent).
Janice and James are capable and very effective in their management - always approachable and fully support their team of excellent carers - who are kind and compassionate to their cores.
FIVE STARS
Thank you so much for the lovely review you have left us, this means so much to the staff. Your kind words have definitely been uplifting for the whole team and drives everyone forward to continue their natural compassion and kindness knowing how much it is appreciated. We loved caring for your Dad while he was here and he will be missed by the whole team, as will you and your family.

Andrew, thank you for the lovely feedback. It genuinely made our day! We're pleased your mum is happy and settled at Willow House. Our team takes great pride in creating a warm, homely environment where residents and families alike feel truly welcome.
It's a pleasure having your mum with us.
Willow House is an extremely kind, clean, efficient care home. My mum was there for nearly 3 years and died there. I never once visited or had concerns on her care. The compassion they show residence and family is on another level.
Your Mum is missed by all at Willow House. She was a beautiful lady.
Thanks to all the wonderful staff, my mother had a very calm, comfortable and peaceful end of life. She was not amongst strangers and in her short time there she was able to enjoy some wonderful trips out, the delicious dinners and benefit from the welcoming, happy and relaxed atmosphere in Willow House before she passed away.
The whole of the above is thanks to the leadership, dedication and humour of Janice and James.
Thank you so much for your kind words, although your Mum's stay was short she crept into everyone's heart. She was a pleasure to care for and will be missed by all of us, as will you and your family.
I cannot speak highly enough about the care given to my mother during her stay, particularly when her health deteriorated and she required extensive care. Nothing was too much trouble and every effort was made to keep her as happy and comfortable as possible. The management and staff were extremely caring and thoroughly professional throughout her stay and I am grateful that I managed to find her this home from home.
Thank you so much for your lovely review of our Home. Your Mum was such a kind and respectful lady with a lovely sense of humour. She will definitely be missed by me and all of the staff. It was our privilege to take care of her and to have her as a part of our family.
We have nothing but positive things to say about Willow House. My mum moved in February, following a fall and feeling increasingly unsafe in her own home. Despite her being more than a touch uncertain when she arrived, the staff were so welcoming and did their best for her - she was not always easily pleased when it came to food, but the cook did her best to cater to Mum's wishes. All of the staff were very kind to Mum, from the cleaning and washing team, to the daily carers and especially James the Deputy Manager, who Mum had a soft spot for. Sadly, Mum's health took a turn for the worse, and she ended up in hospital for a while, but she was determined to get back to Willow. Her final few weeks were where I really understood and felt the kindness and patience of the whole team, their job is not an easy or glamorous one, but they all take pride in their work and do their absolute best for their residents. I wish that Mum had been able to stay longer, and enjoy the family atmosphere.
Thank you so much for your review and your kind words. We are all so glad that your Mum was able to spend her final days with us. She was always kind to the staff, which they appreciated. Your Mum was a special part of our family and was loved by all.
The manager is very approachable. I had a concern regarding my husband's health, right away they arranged for a doctor to come and take bloods. I cannot fault this home it is always very clean with no nasty smells.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Your husband, you and your family have become integrated members of the Willow House Family, helping to create the homely atmosphere that is so important to me and the staff.
We can visit whenever we wish and are made to feel welcome.
My father is able to wander freely around the home & garden and is taken on trips out with the other residents.
The whole atmosphere is of a home environment.
A big thank you to all the staff who do a wonderful job.
Thank you so much for you positive review and kind words, recognition and gratitude is always very much appreciated. The staff and I are very proud of our home and it is important to us to ensure that every resident is cared for according to their needs and wants.
My mother has been at Willow House for almost a year. Although she has found it hard to accept her frailty, she is being cared for to an exceptional standard. All carers are kind and friendly. I can visit whenever I want, and am made to feel welcome. The management are approachable, and truly care about their residents. The food is to a very high standard and cater for individuals if needed. Doctors and nurses visit weekly, there are hairdressers, podiatrists, dentists and opticians who visit regularly. I am impressed with the level of on going training which is reassuring. Everyone, from the cleaners, gardener, catering staff, carers, management and other visitors are obviously happy in their work and this shines through. Why can't all care homes be like this!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and heartwarming review. We are truly grateful for your kind words and are delighted to hear that your mother feels well cared for at Willow House.Supporting residents with compassion, respect, and dignity is at the heart of...
I cannot thank them enough for all their support and understanding as Mum became older and more frail. They have been very supportive to me and I have always felt able to approach the managers with any concerns, which are always listened to. I don't know how the staff do such a difficult job with such patience and understanding. My sincere thanks to them all.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Your Mum was an absolute pleasure to care for, we all miss her and her wonderful sense of humour and kindness.
My mother-in-law loved being at Willow House, the staff from management, care staff, kitchen and laundry were all amazing and so caring and friendly. The food was great and the home was always clean. You were always welcomed and offered a drink. She was so happy here.
Thank you Julie for your kind words. We loved having your Mum with us, her cheerful attitude always made our day. We all miss her. I am so glad she was happy here.
