My Sister in Law quickly settled at Manor Court Care home. She is very happy there. Her room is delightful, comfortable and tastefully and newly decorated. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. My husband, her brother and I have every confidence n the home and the care provided. The garden is secure and accessible to the residents and is very well maintained and presented. Thank you Manor Court care home.
We cannot fault the staff at Manor Court. They have been wonderful with Mum and we will always be thankful. Every single one of them is kind, compassionate and lovely to all the residents. Mum passed away last month and the staff have been so kind and helpful to us. If we had our time again we would still choose Manor Court. We will never forget them all.
The dedicated team worked tirelessly to provide comfort, dignity and safety during the last 18 months of mum's life.
Staff at Manor Court are professional with patience and understanding of the needs of the residents. Thank you so very much.
Warm, friendly, caring, uplifting environment. Food is extremely good. All of the carers relate to the residents as if they are family. My family feel blessed that our mother is here.
Food is very good, mum has put on much-needed weight. The rooms are cost and clean. Excellent care home. Staff are fabulous and I would recommend.
The staff - what an amazing group of people. They could not do enough for the residents. The activities were lovely to watch, to see the residents happy. The jukebox I thought was a lovely touch with the music matching their age group. Meal times I've noticed they are so aware of the residents' needs as individuals. The staff are so polite and respectful of the residents, they knock and shout before they enter their rooms. The family are always made welcome to join in all they do. I feel strongly my mum is in the right place.
My husband has settled in really well. He likes his room and it is nice and private when family visit. The staff are all very polite and helpful. One big bonus is the lack of "bells" ringing continuously as in other care homes - so much more restful and less stressful for the residents (and visitors) He is always ready for mealtimes which he enjoys. When looking for a place suitable for my husband, we liked how we were shown around, the general atmosphere and the welcome we were given. We made a good choice and thank you.
It is a very nice place to be in - clean. Polite, nice people.
I was a bit dubious about having a 3-week respite stay in a care home but my worries were definitely unfounded. I couldn't have had better treatment and care. All staff were helpful and friendly and literally couldn't have done more to make my stay a happy and comfortable one. The food was good and the room clean. Nothing was too much trouble. If I ever need to go into care again I would not go anywhere else. Management and staff deserve a round of applause.
My 90-year-old mother is at Manor Court awaiting assessment. The premises and facilities are of a very high standard and spotlessly clean at all times. The food is always hot and freshly prepared in the kitchen on site and enjoyed by mum.
The staff are always attentive and nothing appears too much trouble for them. Extremely happy for the care, dignity and respect shown and all with good humour.
My father who is a resident at Manor Court Care Home, has been seriously ill. The care given to him has been outstanding. We have to travel from Lincolnshire and we are always treated well and given tea and biscuits, sandwiches, even a room if one is free!
I feel that my husband is being well cared for by kind and helpful staff.
All the staff at Manor Court made him very welcome.
Their kindness and care have made his recovery very much sooner than I expected.
I would recommend this care home to anyone.
I send my love and thanks to everyone who cared for my father.
I can never thank you enough.
My father was admitted to hospital on 10/5/17 with a suspected hip fracture. This proved to be the case and he needed his special tablets/medicine. One of the carers delivered them in her own time during the late evening. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are simply outstanding.
I truly believe that the staff at Manor Court have the best interest of the residents at heart and strive to do their very best for them. The staff also consider the needs of those who visit to ensure that any concerns are addressed and are always kept up to date with the condition of their loved one. A very caring care home long may it continue.
Very pleased with the care I received.
I found Manor Court very warm, welcoming and friendly. The residents appeared well cared for and were enjoying an Easter Party. We were made very welcome by all the staff and encouraged to join in with the activities.
I was impressed with the resident's personal room space and facilities.
My Mum is happy to be in the care home, she is now comfortable in her surroundings she now calls home. In the last month, she has been involved with all the activities that are simple to remember such as cake decorating and listening to the entertainers who visit the home. During the month she has also felt vulnerable as another resident has been entering her room and is sometimes in a state of undress which has frightened her as this is a male resident. I have asked for a hallway camera to be installed but privacy issue does not allow this, staff cannot be around her room all the time so we find this is a problem. She has just celebrated her 91st birthday.
My dad came to this home as a temporary arrangement from hospital, I felt instantly my dad was at home he seemed happy and laughing and joking with staff, but the thing I liked the most of all is the openness, we as a family can visit, we can come and go as we please, which makes me feel my dad isn't in an institution but a home, and he has since then made the decision to stay and is happy and a pleasure to go and see him.
The sympathy and sincerity of the staff when my mother in law passed away was genuine and very much appreciated by all the family. Excellent service.
