Manor Court is a real home from home. My mother loves it here and she has a beautiful room. The staff are all very friendly and are always very helpful. There's always some activity or entertainment going on so there's always something for the residents to do. The home itself is absolutely spotless and I can't praise it enough.

Manor Court is one of the best I have ever seen. The kindness shown by the staff is lovely. When I leave my husband, I feel he is being looked after and safe.

Nan has dementia and has not been very well. She has received very close attention to ensure she does not deteriorate further. All staff treat her with dignity and respect and with so much care. They can't do enough for her. It is a lovely home with good sized rooms and lots of activities and communal areas if individuals want it.

Mum has been at the home for several weeks, obviously, confused and afraid. The staff have been really great, friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have is that the doors to the rooms should have a door handle and catch (not necessarily locking but more secure) as the door tends to open on its own if there is a slight breeze or if someone touches it (as older confused folk tend to do including my mum) when the door does open involuntarily it frightens her and she loses the "feeling" of being in her own house.

This was the first-time mum has been away from home and myself. I am very happy with the care given and made mum settle very quickly. I asked my mother if she should stay at Manor Court when social services said there could be a need to move. Manor Court dealt with this very quickly, giving me little time to worry. Mum is always happy. Mum loves the accommodation as she is not a good mixer, very slowly joining in which I was pleased to see, Staff always ready to talk and help out with anything you ask.

My mother-in-law lived very happily at Manor Court for two years. She had an excellent room- spacious, light, spotlessly clean. She was very well fed and cared for. The staff were superb and greatly enhanced her experience there. They were exceptionally caring, cheerful and helpful in every way. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Very welcoming on arrival. All staff are very helpful with any queries and able to deal with them. All staff have a pleasant manner and are anxious to please always. Nothing was too much trouble. Peaceful area, pleasant gardens to enjoy. All visitors were made very welcome which is important. Any contact with outside sources was always flowed up ie. district nurse, chiropodist.
