My mother has been a resident at Manor Court for several years and has always received excellent care. The staff are very accommodating to the family's needs and always pleasant to deal with.
The day my mother passed away, the staff were always on hand, supporting the family.
I felt the years she spent at Manor Court, we could not fault how she was looked after and the whole family are very glad that her final years were spent there.
I waited a long time and fought very hard to get my mum into Manor Court because it has a very good reputation. It was well worth the wait as her previous home was less than adequate. Mum is much happier at Manor Court, the staff are great and very caring nothing is too much trouble and they treat Mum with kindness and respect which gives me peace of mind that she is safe and secure in her home.
My mum has been a resident at Manor Court for about 8 months. Despite her memory problems, she appears to be happy and content with the care and support she is given from the excellent staff. Mum enjoys a good rapport with all staff, who communicate with her well. The home benefits from experienced and highly skilled team leaders, who are always available to offer support and answer queries. The new manager and deputy are extremely approachable and welcoming, and are clearly committed to enhancing the person-centred care at Manor Court. I would strongly recommend this care home.
My father is a resident at this care home and I cannot speak more highly of the home. The atmosphere the manager has created has made it like a home from home. All the staff are amazing and so dedicated. Nothing is too much trouble. Well done to all of you as a family we can't thank you enough.
Today I went to visit my mum in Manor Court care home and was delighted to learn I could visit her in her own room, the first time for nearly 18 months due to the pandemic. I was so pleased to see her room spotless, very clean and tidy. She loves being there and tells me every time I visit that she is happy there. Her face lights up when a carer comes to see her and she really feels at home. Carers are always happy to answer my questions and nothing is too much trouble for them. As a family we are so glad we found such a great care home for our dear mum.
My last review was in April 2020. My mum sadly passed away a year later in April 2021. My mum's brutal illness and deterioration was very hard for me to experience. The Manager and her wonderful team were outstanding with care and kindness and so professional along the way. Thank you so very much from all her family for taking such good care of her. You are truly the best and I will never forget you all.
I am very happy with the care my dad receives in this home. All staff are very friendly and professional. Thank you.
This is a wonderful care home with excellent staff. There is nothing that is too much trouble for them, always happy and helpful.
Having Mum in Manor Court has been a difference to our family. We know she is safe and looked after. The staff are brilliant with her. She tells me all the time how good they are to her.
I would be very happy to recommend the home to friends and family and I have done in the past.
The home couldn't do any more if they tried; professional, caring and a lovely atmosphere. The very best of care.
My mother-in-law has previously stayed in Manor Court due to various illness and recovery time would only stay in your establishment. The staff took her back when things were failing at home and was looked after beautifully! Nothing was too much trouble for her and anxious family. Mother-in-law was failing and changing quickly, all the health care professionals were promptly contacted, the family informed and supported by all the staff. They all work well in a challenging environment.
While mum was at Manor Court we were very happy with the staff, surroundings, atmosphere, friendliness, support and her room was lovely.
Nothing if not supportive; to all of our Mum's needs and looked after her well during her stay.
Would whole hartley recommend for respite or long term care.
It's fun, friendly and very caring. The staff are amazing, and without this home, my mum wouldn't have settled, and I can have part of my old Mum back.
Thank you for making a difference; you are the best by far.
My dad moved from a care home in a different area to Manor Court around a month ago. He has dementia but is now less stressed, more relaxed and happy and has settled into his new home really quickly. I put this down to the positive care and attitude towards him from all the staff, (from all departments). My dad's behaviour can be very challenging at times but the staff have treated him with patience and, in my opinion, more importantly - understanding. He is glad the food is so good. The home is very professionally run which makes me feel so much more relaxed that he is being well looked after and cared for at Manor Court. Thanks everyone.
We cannot praise them enough, for the care and consideration they gave our Mum.
We lost Mum in October but she was here for 2 years, as was her Mother before her.
It was a comfort to us knowing that she was so well cared for.
Dementia is a cruel disease and not the easiest to understand or care for, so, a heartfelt thank you, to all the Manor Court staff, who looked after our Mum.
I can never thank the staff enough for the love and care they gave my gran. Not only did they look after my gran, they looked after us all as a family. I could not have wished for a better home for my gran. Truly the best. All the staff are fantastic.
My sister has been at Manor Court for 2 years and could not have been in a better home. Our own mother was also in this home many years ago and was given the same care and attention. The staff do their very best at all times and nothing is too much bother and always try to do their best. I sleep at night knowing my sister is looked after 24 hours a day. Can I say more!
