My partner has been a resident in Seabourne House since Nov 2025 as where he was prior to then was not suitable for this needs. I am so pleased and relieved that the last 5 months has given my partner faultless care. The staff are so dedicated, caring and patient with every resident. Family and friends are always made to feel welcome, the management team are always there for us as well as the residents. The whole atmosphere is bright cheerful, always activities going on to keep everyone involved, food is good. I cannot fault a single thing. Thank you Seabourne House!!
Thank you so much for your kind words, it really means a lot to our whole team.
We're so pleased to hear that your partner has settled well and that you feel reassured and supported. Creating a warm, welcoming environment for both residents and their loved ones is very important to us, so it's lovely to know this has come across.
My mum recently moved to Seabourne House in Feb from Norfolk. She has advanced dementia and was very confused when she arrived. The staff at the care home have been incredibly good at helping her settle in. This includes labelling and sorting all her clothes, making her a personalised collage at the entrance to her room, including her in activities, and just generally being very caring and supporting of her. She's very content now and is always well kept and seems at ease when we come to visit her. Overall this has helped myself and the family through what is a challenging time.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. It truly means a lot to us and to the whole team here at Seabourne House.
Such a lovely home for dad. Staff are friendly and there's always tea and cake on hand. Very happy with Seabourne House.

The staff are wonderful caring and compassionate. Lots of varied activities that everyone is encouraged to take part in and you can see what a difference it makes to the residents. It was so reassuring that my mum was looked after by the brilliant team at Seabourne. They were also so supportive to us as a family which makes such a difference.
Thanks so much for your lovely review! It really means a lot to our team to hear that the care we provide is making a difference.
Myself and my sister would like to thank all the staff at Seabourne house for the outstanding care and dedication they showed to our mother in the 18 months she was there . From a friendly smile when we arrived to answering any questions we had straight away and being so supportive. Also the care they gave to our father who previously was a resident. We got to know just about every member of staff and we will miss them all.
I can't thank them enough and would not hesitate to recommend Seabourne Lodge to anybody looking for a care home for a loved one.
This care home has been great. Everyone is kind and I like the days out and my room.
I like Seabourne House, the carers are nice and very helpful. I like the food and the activities.
Living at Seabourne has been a comfort to me. The staff are kind and there's always someone to chat with me when I need them. The meals are lovely and I enjoy the activities they play for us. It feels like home here.
The team work together tirelessly to provide individualised care to the residents in a home-from-home environment. The activities are varied and frequent, the food is delicious and the environment is warm and welcoming.
This home is good, everyone is so kind. I enjoy my time here at Seabourne.
Excellent care home. We are very happy with Seaborne, me and my family made the right choice. The staff are kind and caring, as you would expect, the home is comfortable and clean, and the location makes the visits special.
The facilities are top-notch, offering a clean, modern, and welcoming environment. My dad loves spending time in the beautifully maintained gardens, and the spacious, well-furnished rooms provide him with the comfort and dignity he deserves. The true heart of Seabourne House, however, is its staff. Every member of the team is genuinely caring, patient, and dedicated. They have gone above and beyond to make my dad feel at home, always treating him with the utmost respect and kindness. It's clear that they see their work as more than just a job; they genuinely care about each resident's well-being. Seabourne House Care Home has truly been a blessing for our family. Knowing my dad is in such capable and caring hands gives us immense peace of mind. Thank you Seabourne House, for everything you do!
The home could not have done more to support us in what was obviously a difficult but necessary decision to make. They have been reassuring and attentive during the settling-in process and have done their best to meet all needs as they have occurred. The staff are well trained and seem to know individuals really well and try to give support for their particular needs (not always easy but it is done with patience and care). The staff have also supported me as well as my wife which I am very grateful for.
I have no concerns this home is very good. I enjoy the days out on the bus and the hut. Happy here.
I visited a family friend at Seabourne House and was really impressed with the home. I haven't been in many homes before, but was pleasantly surprised with the welcoming fun atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. There was lots of laughter and fun activities, and I shared some delicious tea and cake! The garden was lovely and my friend's room was made to feel really homely.
Thank you to all the team!
