Talbot View has 59 welcoming and comfortable, fully furnished rooms, as well as a 24-hour call bell, ensuring residents are comfortable, safe and expertly cared for.

The experienced and well-trained team at Talbot View deliver compassionate care in a home-from-from atmosphere. All residents can enjoy a wide variety of activities and entertainment if they so wish, including trips to local landmarks in the Care South minibus.

The care generally was excellent. The staff and management showed a lot of love and care to both of us to the extent of us feeling like part of a family throughout the past 7 years. I could go home assured she was safe and in the best of care. The care was second to none, especially the last week of
my wife's life.

My grandmother has been a resident of Talbot View since 2008 and I thank all of the staff for their loving care over the years. Unfortunately, we are near the end and I can see how much the staff care for the residents through all their support at this testing time. Not only have the staff cared for
my grandmother, they have supported my grandfather and all of my close family. I cannot thank everyone enough for the dignified care for my grandmother and ongoing support for those that love her.

Job Title: Home Manager

I am delighted to introduce myself as the Manager of Talbot View. I have worked in the care sector for many years, beginning my journey as a Senior Carer before progressing through roles such as Care Team Leader and Deputy Manager, eventually becoming a Registered Manager. I am also qualified to level 5 in leadership and management in care.


Throughout my career, I have been passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting teams to deliver the very best for residents and their families. Joining Care South is a wonderful opportunity, and I am proud to be part of an organisation known for its dedication to exceptional care and its commitment to the HEART values.
