Parton House offers something for everyone, no matter what your personality. The hub of daily life at the home is the spacious main lounge where everyone gathers to relax, read and perhaps talk over tea or coffee.

There is a separate TV lounge, and a quieter reception lounge, which is perfect for family gatherings or for when you or your visitors require extra privacy. For those of you who enjoy the movies there is a cinema room where latest films as well as the classics of days gone by are screened.

My mother-in-law resisted 'going into a home' for years. A weeks respite at Parton House has turned into a permanent stay. It is far more like a family-run hotel with extremely wonderful care, and she loves it there now. The staff are kind and gentle and jolly too. The house is run efficiently, is incredibly
clean and thoroughly welcoming. We can't recommend it highly enough.

Since becoming a resident at Parton House, I have seen a remarkable improvement in my mother, both mentally and physically.
She was in a bad state after hospital.
The staff are very good and caring not just to my mum but all the residents. Mum is always clean and well presented. She is well and happy
and that is all that matters to me.

Was most impressed with the Manager and Assistant Manager. I was helped when I first came in an exceptional way with the use of only one hand and unsteady on my feet. The staff, without exception, are a smiling, cheerful and happy crew. My only complaint would be the food, made worse as it was to be
pureed.

A real and genuine home from home for residents with high standards of care and cleanliness. The staff are so kind and patient that given the most reluctant of residents can be won over! My mother was adamant that she didn't want to go and is now adamant that she doesn't want to leave. Well done to

Mum has improved since moving into Parton House. She is looked after, giving me peace of mind. She has a lovely room. Staff are caring and friendly. We can visit at any time, always made to feel welcome. This has to be one of the better care homes in the area.

I'm a resident who lives at Parton House and is very happy.
The food and staff are excellent. I can't fault the home in any way. I can also have a beer or a glass of wine.

My Aunt was resident in Parton House from June 2018 until she recently passed away. She was very happy there and very well looked after. The love and care she received right up until the end was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of the team. We can't thank them enough.

I would not hesitate to recommend Parton House to anyone. All the staff are very professional but at the same time display an exceptional level of care with individual personal touch. Residents are treated like family. My mother is very happy there and loves all the staff.

I have been treated with respect, dignity and caring attitude from everyone.

Bearing in mind the problem my wife presented (mobility), the staff have been wonderful (brownie points all around) in coping. Food was really good (tried it myself). The only problem was the night staff, or one or two of them could be a little more caring and understanding. Overall it is a well done
to all the staff. Such a great shame she has to move on.

Mum's care home in Ross-on-Wye was forced to close. We looked at other care homes and Parton house was by far the best. The lounge was light and clean, the dining room, the same. Mum's room on the ground floor was small but perfect for her needs.


Due to Mum's dementia, she wasn't able to fully partake

in activities but she was happy there. Special thanks to the home's management and staff, especially following Mum's passing. She'd only been at the home for 11 months but was settled and well cared for.

My friend is in Parton House and the home is just delightful, nothing is ever too much and there is always lots going on. I did visit over Christmas and noticed they had Donkeys coming! How brilliant. My friend is always happy with the home and it makes me happy knowing he is in a place he enjoys.

My mother went into Parton House eighteen months ago diagnosed with Alzheimer's. She has her own ensuite room and a view with plenty to see. The home itself is in well-maintained grounds with quiet areas to sit in. I was always made welcome with a coffee and a smile on arrival.


I found my mother

happy in her surroundings and everything spotless. Parton House has a hairdressing salon, a cinema room and plenty of activities plus organised trips. My mother was cared for throughout her stay and the staff did everything to help her and answer any questions I asked.

A very nice detached residence in its own grounds with attractive gardens. A well-maintained property with all the facilities for looking after the elderly and also contains extra rooms for guests and visitors to meet up and relax in a quiet atmosphere. Visitors can also take meals there. Lots of caring
