The staff try to do their best they can, but they have other duties to attend to.

Mum is very happy there and I am secure in the knowledge that she is safe and being well looked after, which gives me peace of mind. We are hoping that Mum can remain at Redlands permanently as that is what she now needs.
I stayed there for one week and was treated with kindness. The house is very spacious and light. The food is very good and varied. The rooms are spacious and airy. The staff are all very friendly and efficient and caring. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you all.

Dad sadly only had five weeks in Redlands, but they were very happy weeks. It felt like a home from home. The staff were kind and caring to both Dad and our family. The food was good, which I think is so important. The support we received in Dad's final days was second to no one.
