Mum has been at Redlands for nearly eighteen months, she took some time to settle in but all the staff have been so helpful and kind in making sure that she is comfortable and safe. All the staff greet us when we visit and we feel very welcome. They encourage all the residents to take part in as many activities as possible but are also very aware of their privacy.
The home is well run by the Manager. He has a great friendly caring team behind him. As soon as someone answers the front door you get welcomed by a friendly smile and would you like a Tea or Coffee!!! Also nothing is to much trouble for the staff even though they are always busy. There are lots of activities the residents can do if they want. My father is 94 years old has been here for about 5 years, he is very happy here and treated with dignity and respect all the time. As I live in Somerset I only get to visit once a month, but I know he is so well looked after. Highly recommended. 10/10
