All the staff are caring, considerate and respectful or their resident's individual needs. I have been most impressed. The food is also of a very high standard. All the rooms are comfortable and well furnished. They are particularly good at arranging activities for the residents.

I have worked in the care industry for over 28 years in Residential, domiciliary, and extra care settings. I have been at Towans for 10 years where I started as an apprentice and worked up into Management after gaining my Level 5. The best part is being able to care for so many individuals and give back to them as they have all their lives. I enjoy working with all team members and feel like I have grown up in Towans. Towans staff, residents and families become part of the Towans Team being included in the daily running of the Towans.
I try to be a problem solver and feel part of my new role recently is supporting the Families and residents alike but always being at hand for staff and any situations that arise to deal with appropriately and swiftly.
