Your fees cover several areas while in their care.
These services are: Personal care, accommodation,
utilities, use of communal areas, meals, drinks and
snacks, laundry (excluding dry cleaning),
housekeeping, maintenance and activities run by the
home.
Services NOT included in price are: dentistry, chiropody,
physiotherapy, occupational therapy, opticians, hairdressing,
medications, toiletries, clothing, newspapers/magazines.
During your stay, you may need to purchase additional goods
and services. If they are able to provide such goods and
services, they will tell you how much these goods and services
will cost and they expect that you will pay for these goods and
services at the time you request them.
They can accompany loved ones to private appointments,
however the fee attached to this is £21 per hour. Where private taxi
services are used for transportation to appointments the cost should
be paid for by yourself.

Debbie has 21 years of experience in Health and Social Care. She achieved her Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care in 2024 and has been the Manager at Hungerford House since August 2025. Debbie has held a variety of roles within the Trust, most recently, the Registered Home Manager at Marden Court in Calne.
In her role as Home Manager, Debbie is dedicated to ensuring that both residents and staff are happy, believing that the two go hand in hand. She actively encourages residents to make choices about their home environment, helping them feel empowered and at home.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending quality time with her family and has a passion for travelling.
With over 12 years of experience in the health and social care sector, Sophie has worked with the Orders of St John in various roles, starting as a carer and progressing to her current position as Head of Care. She holds Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care and is currently working towards her Level 5. Her journey has seen her take on leadership roles as Care Leader and Night Care Leader, where she's developed a strong commitment to providing the highest standards of care. She's passionate about supporting both residents and staff, fostering a positive, compassionate environment where everyone thrives.
