I can't recommend Kingsmead Care Home enough. My Dad has been there since February and all the staff is professional, expert, friendly, but most of all incredibly kind. I feel that they genuinely care about him and do all they can to make his life as good as possible. We are so grateful that the care home has been happy to do the extra work and logistics to allow garden visits too. A huge thank you to the whole team.

The staff at Kingsmead have been amazing at caring for my father during this difficult time. They have treated him with great care and respect, ensuring his health conditions are well managed and informing us of any update to his care when required. They have done their utmost to keep the residents entertained and connected to the family, arranging FaceTime calls and spending time with him while he was confined to bed, printing off photos we had sent so he could have them in his room and generally keeping his spirits up. It was a great joy to be able to see him on his 93rd birthday, it made his day to see us! It is a true testament to the dedication of all the staff that they have had no cases of COVID-19 in the home. They are an amazing group of dedicated and genuinely caring people. They are my heroes.

Very comforting to know that my dad is safe and being well looked after. The staff are always very caring and supportive. The manager is very easy to talk to and makes me feel at ease. Especially as I have felt very upset at having to put my dad in a care home, after looking after him myself for many years.

Excellent, warm, well-furnished. Excellent food and friendly staff. No complaints at all. I was previously in hospital for a whole year. I had a brain injury, a broken back and neck, fractured skull. I've no complaints at all.

Over the (almost) three years I have visited two sisters on mostly two visits weekly. I have witnessed kindness plus good care towards the residents of Kingsmead Care Home over this period from staff employed there.
