Church Rose is a 42 bedded modern care facility in Handsworth conveniently located close to local amenities including GP surgery and places of worship. Access to major road network is close with the M5 being just over a mile away.
Bedrooms and communal areas have been designed and furnished to the highest standard utilizing professional expertise, bespoke materials with a blend of traditional and contemporary style. Every bedroom features an en-suite facility, the majority with wet rooms.
There is excellent outside space for the residents to have a stroll, involve themselves in some gardening or develop their own vegetable patch. Ample car par space is available at the front for visitors.

Church Rose Residential/Nursing Home is very clean and tidy. I am very pleased with the level of care my father currently receives. The staff are very friendly and keep me up to date with my fathers wellbeing. The staff here do a very good job of caring for the residents.

Dad was sent here after being transferred from another nursing home. I wasn't very happy about this at first as I wasn't consulted. But Dad seems very happy and content here. The staff are lovely and very friendly and caring and have kept us in touch with Dad with video calls and have sent photos.

We visit at irregular times of the week, never giving notice of our arrival, and there has never once been an occasion to cause us to worry or concern. We've never heard anyone say, or do, anything unpleasant or negative to any resident (or each other) and there's a calm, happy atmosphere throughout. The nurses are amazing too and respond quickly to any changes to needs. They're persistent in chasing up external resources and services, and we are hugely grateful for the care that Mum has received since being here. We whole-heartedly recommend Church Rose to anyone and their families

We, as a family, have very warm feelings towards Church Rose and are so grateful for the love and individual care that dad was shown over the past few difficult months. We have only just lost him, so this is hard to write, but there was clearly genuine affection for him and despite his agitation at times, he also had quality times with the people here, dancing, sharing memories etc. All the people in the home - receptionists, carers, kitchen staff, cleaners, managers, of course - great leadership - have been welcoming and interested when we have visited dad. So thank you so much to everyone for all your efforts in the last phase of dad's life.

I have filled this out on my husband's behalf. The staff are all lovely in the home but it does need a good refurbishment, but we, my family and I are happy to have my husband there, as it is near to home and we don't feel afraid to approach the staff if we have a problem.

We are very happy with the care provided for our relative. The staff are also very kind and understanding to us. Our relative is always clean and his room kept tidy, clothes nicely washed and put away.

I am a registered nurse for 17 years and been in Macc Care for 4 years. i have been promoted as Home Manager for Church Rose.
I have been working as the Head Chef at Macc Care for 12 years and love every part of my job. I do daily visits to each of our residents to ask their meal preference.
I have been with Macc Care for over 9 years and enjoy organising entertainment for our residents, arts and crafts workshops and especially on special celebrations we like to dress up to have a wonderful time.
