Tandy Court

Tandy Court is a traditional care home, my sister has lived here for almost a year. I visited for the first time recently and I was impressed by how caring the staff were. Food smelled nice. Management dealt with any questions promptly.

The care home is a busy place but there are always plenty of staff around. Any calls, either by phone or buzzer are always answered promptly. It took us time, as a family, to get used to the care but we were soon happy with the care our family member was receiving. The food looks very appetising and there is plenty of it. We have had a couple of questions to ask, but always get answers.

My experience of Tandy Court was amazing after one year and six months, due to covid restrictions, not seeing my mum since she moved to Tandy Court. The staff are amazing and their interactions with residents show they are professional and caring of high standards. They show from their professionalism, every call to me of how she is doing.

The staff at Tandy Courtyare extremely caring and friendly. The room my aunt lives in is very nice. The procedures during COVID are very efficient and performed to a high standard. I am very happy with the care my aunt receives at Tandy Court.

I found the staff to be helpful, courteous and kind.

The care taken in looking after Mom has been fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, especially as Mom can be trying at times. The care given to Mum has seen a remarkable change for the better in her. Thank you.

Lovely environment and lots of thought has gone into the homely feel of the rooms. Food is excellent and that goes for choice and cooking. My other sister and myself would love to move in!
