I liked the home after being shown around by the manager. Safety was paramount as my mother walked around at night. I liked the fact she couldn't get up and down the stairs. The care is very good and all the carers have a positive outlook. My mother has settled in very well and seems content.

Went to see my friend and had questions about how she had been since I was not able to see her for a few weeks. All the staff, including the manager, took the time to explain properly. I am now confident and feel more at ease knowing that my friend is being supported and being taken care of regarding
all her physical, financial and well-being.

My uncle always looks really happy when I visit. The staff are so kind and are always so happy to assist with anything needed. Staff have recently supported him with shopping and it is really heartwarming to see. He always has the footy on and I'm sure that's where he loves most! Overall my uncle is

Really pleased with the care and support given to my stepgrandad. He has really settled well and doesn't want to leave. He has lots of compliments for the staff, how kind the staff are to him and the fact he is treated with dignity and respect.

Mum has settled in here very well. She says that the staff are friendly and smiling all the time and that she feels that they are her friends. She has had bad experiences in previous homes, so it is lovely to see her so happy and settled here. From a visitor's point of view, we always feel welcome and
can see that the staff have a caring and respectful attitude towards all of the residents.

The most beautiful thing about this home is the smiles and kindness from each and every one of the staff. My mum wanted to go home on day one, by day four she doesn't want to leave. The food is great, Mum loves it. I've just asked Mum about she feels and she says 'I love it here', it's the best place
she's ever been. Thanks to this home, God bless all of them who work here.

My mother-in-law has been resident at The Knowles for about two years. The staff were wonderful then and are wonderful now. The building and facilities were tired but have been subject to a great update. My mother-in-law is happy and content and so are we.
