Care home staff are lovely and have a good friendly relationship with residents. The care home arranges parties for the residents and relatives with food and entertainment at Christmas and Easter. The atmosphere and care is excellent. Highly recommend The Knowles care home.

Visited to see my mum. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are very caring to my mum. They treat my mum with dignity and respect. All the staff know my mum's name and will always say hello to her and ask her how she is when they walk passed her. The staff are very patient, my mum requires
care 24/7, she needs help with personal care, mobility and eating and drinking. The home and staff provide a nice safe environment for my mum and all the other residents.

The Knowles have been looking after my mother-in-law for a few years now and have been excellent with her. Caring for all her needs. All the staff are caring and professional in every aspect. Mum has been in The Knowles for over 3 years and the care, support and communication have been exceptional. She feels so at home and comfortable here. Following on from the loss of my father in September 2022 I moved my mother close to my home and chose The Knowles Care Home. After being made to feel very welcome from the start she adjusted quickly to her new life and routine and now calls this her home which is very reassuring to me. My mother has
made friends with other residents. The staff are excellent in their care for her and communicate well with her and me. The facilities are kept in good order and all the staff and managment are always there to answer my questions regarding her health and ability. More activities are being introduced which she very much enjoys taking part in. Meal times are a big favourite she loves the food and all of this gives me peace of mind with her care.

They are really good with all the residents and can't fault the amount of hard work they do for my boyfriend's nan and all the other residents.

Excellent facilities and care. Since moving here my grandad has been a lot more settled happy and more lively. All the staff from management down very polite, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Myself and my mum are a lot more relaxed and do not worry anymore.

My dad has been here for 3 weeks now and I am very happy with everything. Dad has a great room with his own toilet and big space. The facilities are all good, the day rooms, toilets and dining room. Staff are great, one staff member in particular has been amazing and goes above and beyond to help us.
A secure building which is great as it reassures no one is getting out.

My mum moved into The Knowles on 13/09/2023 and since being here has received first-class service whilst settling into her new surroundings. The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly to all residents and visitors.

My daughter and I cannot express our gratitude and praise for The Knowles care home. The manager and carers are so kind and compassionate. My husband was so well looked after by them all and to us during our everyday visits. The care home is outstanding in every way, second to none.

My dad spent the last weeks of his life at The Knowles care home and I can say that his care was second to none. The care and compassion he was shown were heartwarming and nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff and manager! They made us feel incredibly welcome and I would highly recommend

After new decorating throughout the home, the feeling of organisation, the staff, as have always been, are caring and patient. I've seen them stop whatever they are doing to take people to the toilet (which can be a long job) and changing clothes sometimes. If we have any questions they are always answered.
The cleaner, laundry girl, young men and women and older staff are genuinely caring. We are at peace knowing our mother is protected.

All the staff at The Knowles are very patient and trust the resident with great respect.
My mum has been at The Knowles for a long time and is doing very well thanks to their care. If there's anything she needs, they see to it. When we visit her, they offer us dinner as well. Great care home.
