Following on from the loss of my father in September 2022 I moved my mother close to my home and chose The Knowles Care Home. After being made to feel very welcome from the start she adjusted quickly to her new life and routine and now calls this her home which is very reassuring to me. My mother has made friends with other residents. The staff are excellent in their care for her and communicate well with her and me. The facilities are kept in good order and all the staff and managment are always there to answer my questions regarding her health and ability. More activities are being introduced which she very much enjoys taking part in. Meal times are a big favourite she loves the food and all of this gives me peace of mind with her care.
Thank you for your review and for taking the time to leave such positive feedback. It is great to read that your mother now calls The Knowles home and how well your Mother has settled in.
