This friendly, purpose-built home offers residents two sitting rooms and two dining areas, all tastefully decorated and furnished with specially designed seats focused on comfort. The attractive, enclosed garden, looked after by some residents, provides the perfect spot to catch up with friends and family. A popular hairdressing salon is available for Residents’ convenience and enjoyment.
Victoria Park boasts a selection of specially designed dining areas that provide the perfect space to share meals with fellow residents, or family and friends. On those sunny summer days, the outdoor spaces are the ideal spot for some alfresco dining. The onsite catering team prides itself on ensuring each meal is an enjoyable, heartwarming experience for every resident and visitor to the home.
The professional care team at Victoria Park takes the time to learn about each resident’s individual hobbies and interests, helping those living in the home lead an active and fulfilling life. After a traumatic family situation social services got a place a Victoria Park for my mum
Before that Kate and Tracy set up a meeting with the family to assess mum's needs. From that day on i can honestly say that my mums care physically and emotionally have been their priority. The staff lead by Kate and her team are professional caring supportive and extremely dedicated to all here. 5 weeks into my mums stay i can see a marked improvement in my mums health and wellbeing, my mums friends who have visited my my mum have all said how amazing the home is and how good the staff are. This is down to Kate and her team. Many thanks to all.

I would highly recommend this care home for anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and genuinely caring environment for their loved one. The staff consistently show patience, kindness, and real understanding, especially when it comes to residents with unique personalities or particular needs.
The whole team is fantastic, they create a place where residents feel secure and respected, and families feel confident in the care being provided. I truly appreciate everything they do.

But a special mention goes to Tracey, Lesley, and AJ whose presence gives me complete reassurance that my dad is well looked after. We couldn't be happier with the care and kindness shown to my mum at Victoria Park Residential Care Home. From the moment she arrived, the staff have been incredibly caring, compassionate and attentive.
Nothing is ever too much trouble, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents and treat them with dignity, respect and kindness. The care my mum receives gives our family real peace of mind, knowing she is safe, happy, comfortable and well looked after.
We honestly can't fault the staff or the standard of care. We would highly recommend Victoria Park Residential Care Home to anyone looking for a warm, caring and supportive home for their loved one.

My father entered Victoria Park in September 2023. From the moment he arrived he felt at home. He was able to settle over a few weeks with the support of the fabulous staff. The care home was clean and fresh, decorated will and there were always activities going on. My dad especially loved his Christmas at Victoria Park, all the gorgeous decorations and the food! At the age of 92 his last few months were a pleasure for him, eating what he wanted. The staff at Victoria Park are all absolute angels!

When I visited Mum after work, you always presented me with a lovely cup of tea, you go over and beyond your role, you beautiful caring lady.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the overall standard of care being provided at Victoria Park. The staff in the main are clearly attentive, respectful and mindful of my mother's requirements and above all are caring in their approach and provide suitable encouragement.
Cleanliness can't be faulted though acknowledging the need to keep the premises warm, I feel there is a need nonetheless to ensure windows are frequently opened to let fresh air through the building.

I have been very happy here, well looked after, 10/10. Staff really good, hard-working but always answer a call as soon as they can. Can't find fault. I have been in here before just over 12 months ago and when I need help I deliberately ask to come as I knew I would get excellent care.

My dad stayed at Victoria Park for a few weeks, he was cared for by lovely, kind and understanding staff. I cannot praise this care home enough. My dad was cared for brilliantly, I would recommend the home to anyone!

Our experience of Victoria Park Care Home has been exemplary. The team there are kind, caring, empathetic and responsive to not only the residents but to the relatives too. The care of my frail mother was first-class, nothing was too much trouble, a personalised service was always offered too. Leadership of the home was visible and approachable, they played their part in giving care, role modelling for others. I have no hesitation in recommending Victoria Park.

The carers are always welcoming and willing to speak with me if I have any queries. I feel I am kept up to date with my sister's condition. The staff certainly put my mind at rest if I'm worried about anything.
