This friendly, purpose-built home offers residents two sitting rooms and two dining areas, all tastefully decorated and furnished with specially designed seats focused on comfort. The attractive, enclosed garden, looked after by some residents, provides the perfect spot to catch up with friends and family. A popular hairdressing salon is available for Residents’ convenience and enjoyment.
Victoria Park boasts a selection of specially designed dining areas that provide the perfect space to share meals with fellow residents, or family and friends. On those sunny summer days, the outdoor spaces are the ideal spot for some alfresco dining. The onsite catering team prides itself on ensuring each meal is an enjoyable, heartwarming experience for every resident and visitor to the home.
The professional care team at Victoria Park takes the time to learn about each resident’s individual hobbies and interests, helping those living in the home lead an active and fulfilling life. In addition to the range of activities available in the home, residents are encouraged to take an active role in the Stoke community, from building relationships with the neighbours in local community groups and schools, to arranging sightseeing trips in the local area.

My mother has been a resident for almost a year and in that time she has been cared for at a very high standard. She celebrated her 100th birthday four weeks ago and the incredible effort of the carers gave her and her family a day to remember. I cannot praise them enough. They make mum feel cared...

Very happy with mums care. Despite some staff issues within the home and temp/agency staff coming in. The communication and level of care to mum has remained consistent.

We really value the feedback provided by those who use our services.We take our recruitment process seriously and endeavour at all times to employ good quality, experienced and enthusiastic staff to work with our Residents in Victoria Park. We have been working hard on our recruitment within the home and will be fully staffed by the end of February 2017. This will reduce the need for the use of agency staff within the home.

My wife is a resident of Victoria Park. She is well cared for. One young lady does stand out, she is a cleaner and carer, her dedication to her duties are excellent. She is a shining example, very caring and helpful.

As a dedicated healthcare professional, Katie has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for residents.
Having worked at Victoria Park for many years, Katie closely follows the home's vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every resident. She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
