A very high standard of professional care is provided to all residents. I am pleased with the care shown to my mother.
Informative and useful.
My wife is a resident of Victoria Park. She is well cared for. One young lady does stand out, she is a cleaner and carer, her dedication to her duties are excellent. She is a shining example, very caring and helpful.

Home Manager at Victoria Park, Coventry
What does ‘kindness’ mean to you?
“Ensuring the residents are cared for in a way in which they would like, but also ensuring that the staff are happy and they all have a warm, caring environment to live and work in. Happiness is the key.”
As a dedicated healthcare professional, Katie has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for residents.
Having worked at Victoria Park for many years, Katie closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every resident. She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Katie remarked:
“Knowing that every day I did my upmost to ensure the residents received kind and person centred care. ”
Katie has also achieved much outside of work, with her proudest achievements being volunteering for the YMCA, working with children and adults with additional needs to help raise money for the YMCA and achieved the top three for volunteer of the year in England.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her nieces, nephews and god children and renovating her house.
