Thank you for your kind comments regarding the staff at the home, which I will share with the team. We have taken on board your comments regarding your aunt’s time spent in the hoist. At busy times we will encourage your aunt to wait in the comfort and warmth of her room until staff are available to assist her with a shower and therefore avoid any unnecessary waits.
Dad passed away in October, however, we have been back to the home on a number of occasions, as it brings comfort to my mother and we are always made very welcome and told to come and visit whenever we feel the need.
We as a family would like to thank all the staff for their kindness.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. We really value the feedback provided by those who use our services.
We take our recruitment process seriously and endeavour at all times to employ good quality, experienced and enthusiastic staff to work with our Residents in Victoria Park. We have been working hard on our recruitment within the home and will be fully staffed by the end of February 2017. This will reduce the need for the use of agency staff within the home.
