The room is very good and the food is very good. The staff are very good. I have no problems with the staff, they are very good.
I like it here. I like the girls dressing me up.
I have been visiting Victoria Park for, now, nearly four months and have always found the staff to be friendly, very helpful and cheerful. It does not matter what time of day or night I visit, sometimes 10pm, I am always met with a smile. I have noticed a great improvement in my partner, since she has been at Victoria Park. I put this down to the existence of the staff, in their high standard of care and professionalism. I am very pleased.
Since my mum arrived, she has had excellent support. From the moment I walked into Victoria Park, I knew it was the right place. The support and staff are excellent and treat my mum as if she was at home. Words cannot say my gratitude. As I live many miles away, my mind is at rest as I know she will be loved and fully supported.
The staff were excellent. They treated my mum with care and dignity. They understood the importance of human contact and were very flexible and welcoming to my dad (whose wife of 63 years, who he had been caring for the past 7 years had just moved into a home). They allowed him to visit every day for as long as he liked. I can't thank them enough.
Very good. Staff are always attentive.
I like the food here and I enjoy playing bingo and reading.
It is a lovely home. The staff are really helpful and help with anything. Nothing is too much trouble.
I like the people and staff. The food is really good and healthy. I like reminiscing with the well-being about my past times. The staff are helpful and maintain their wellbeing.
Rooms, TV lounge and dining room are very homely - the lounge has a nice coal fire. In fact, it's a five-star hotel. Staff are fantastic and friendly. I am very lazy and untidy but the staff motivate me, cook and cater for my Asian taste and veggie menu but ice cream is cold. My wellbeing is better after my illness and hopefully, I will have the confidence to face post covid.
Dad has been very happy in the home since day one. He has been well looked after, respected and the staff have helped him a lot. He has loved all the meals he has been served and enjoyed the company. He has never complained about anything to us. He will be going back to his own home shortly, but I know that, not only will the staff miss him, but he will miss them too. Thanks to all for looking after Dad and putting our minds at rest.
The staff are friendly here.
I like the food here.
Very helpful.
The staff are friendly.
I moved to Victoria Park and I really like it here.
Mum is getting fussier about food, so some options which she would feel more likely to eat heartily could be good - it might help or maybe that's just how she is now.
My Dad has been in Victoria Park for over 12 months and myself, my family and Dad's friends love visiting as we are always greeted with a smile and friendly member of staff welcoming us into Dad's home. He is always happy and smiling and I am never disappointed in his appearance. He likes to be clean-shaven and clean and the carers and staff work hard to give this dignity. The bedrooms are fantastic! Thank you and well done Victoria Park.
Mum spent two years in two other care homes and her health and wellbeing dropped considerably. Since being at victoria Park having lots of issues. From day one the staff were brilliant and after four weeks social worker couldn't believe the difference. The staff notice every little thing and act on it. They are friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is like visiting friends and family. For the first time in years, I feel happy and content to leave my Mum. I don't know where Mum and I would be if it wasn't for the staff at Victoria Park!
I like how friendly all the staff are. The food is really good and I enjoy it very much. I am very happy where I live and would not want to live anywhere else.
We are very happy with all the care mum has received so far and is continuing to receive. Thank you.
