My partner has been in Victorian Mews Care Home for many years now and in all that time I have had no worries about her being well looked after. The staff have always been most helpful during the present virus problems.

My mother has been a resident for a number of years, and in all that time, I have found the home and it's staff to be sympathetic and helpful to all her needs. Nothing is too much trouble, and they will always go that extra mile to ensure satisfaction.

Excellent care given to my mum for two and a half years. Lovely compassionate and caring people, kind and considerate and respectful. My mum passed away recently and she was treated with so much love by staff. The care home is like a home from home, it's been made cosy with fireplaces, pictures, corners to sit in etc. Wonderful.

My Dad has thrived since becoming a resident at Victoria Mews. He is well cared for and his needs addressed and accommodated for. It is a huge weight off our family's minds to know he is safe and secure. The staff are very welcoming and should be proud of the care and service they provide.

There is always a warm welcome in on our arrival with every effort made to make our visiting time the best it can be. The staff are very friendly and during our visits, I have seen nothing but kindness and understanding shown to all residents. The home has steadily improved in its appearance and the lounge is a comfortable place to sit and enjoy social occasions.

We enjoy being kept up to date with little stories about our mother-in-law makes us feel that she is cared for and understood.

I find the Staff so very patient and caring, not only to my Husband but to myself. I am treated with so much kindness. I know my Husband is being lovingly cared for. The situation is very painful; losing the Husband I used to know feels like constant grieving. The atmosphere at the Care Home is always cheerful, and there are always hugs available. I didn't know what to expect on my first visit but came away feeling that my Husband would be cared for and kept safe.

Would not use this home but at the time we weren’t given a choice. Obviously can’t go into detail about our experience but it still haunts and upsets us to this day. Thankfully our relative is living in a wonderful place and is like a different person to when they were at this home. The whole experience was extremely distressing for us as a family, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. This review probably won’t be allowed but I feel so upset about our experience and I can’t stop thinking about it. I feel very strongly about the awful experience me and my family went through and I feel I can't move on and I will never forget what happened.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the care your relative received while they were living in the Home. Whilst it would be inappropriate for us to discuss individual matters, we feel it is important to state that we have discussed the...
