Overall Experience

My Mom went to Camalot at the beginning of March. We were heartbroken to take her out of her own home but the time had come where she couldn't care for herself anymore through dementia. We found all the staff in the home always greeted us with smiling happy faces, and my Mom soon settled in she was looked after well, was always tidy, and had 3 meals a day. The cleaners, and carers are amazing it's a place I would like to go to if need be in the future.

Overall Experience

My mother came to this home three and a half years ago, first week of lockdown so we know it well. She has always been treated wonderfully, they are so hands-on and caring, nothing is too much trouble. They make us feel welcome every time we visit. If I need to ask anything, it is always dealt with. When she is unwell they always keep me informed and get medics in if required. I have dealt with a lot of care homes so I have had first hand experience and I must admit Camelot is first class. For instance, my mom went into hospital with an infection, but found herself back at the home without them telling them in advance they soon got her settled, no fuss, nothing too much trouble. So, I can honestly say their care is wonderful and caring. I wanted you to know first-hand how the home works.

Overall Experience

The staff at Camelot Rest Home looked after my mom with care, kindness and understanding of her condition which could be challenging. I would have no hesitation in recommending the home to anyone. The staff were so compassionate and supportive to my brother and myself when, unfortunately, my mom passed away. We will always be grateful to them.
