My father has been living in New Bradley Hall for 9 months and I am so pleased with the care he receives. He suffers from dementia and the staff are really professional and understanding of his condition. The staff are kind and friendly and I feel involved appropriately in decisions relating to dads
care. The facilities are excellent, clean and modern.

All staff at the home are excellent, the care outstanding, and the receptionist is always very helpful. The home is outstanding. My mom is very happy, nothing is too much trouble. My mom and her needs are always met, and the staff are very professional and caring.

There are no words to say how relieved I am that my dad is now in this care home. All the staff from management right down to cleaning staff are excellent. The care he receives has been second to none, nothing is too much trouble. Dad is always clean, well presented and treated with dignity. Everyone
does their best to interact with dad and encourage him to join in the activities they have on but if he doesn’t want to one day they are just as happy to sit and have a little chat with him. They have lovely gardens and gardening was a big passion of dads. The carers find time to take him out, have a walk around, sit on one of the benches or have even let him do some seed potting. I go most days to visit and never made to feel like I am in the way. I won’t name names in case I miss anyone out but all the staff members on the ground floor I can’t thank you enough for your kindness to dad and the support you have given me. I would recommend New Bradley Hall 100%

New Bradley Hall is a lovely Care Home. My Mum has been there for two years and has always been treated with compassion and dignity and recieved over and above the care she needed. Senior Carers have always rung me to keep me informed on any medical matters. When visiting was difficult due to covid
it was a relief to know that Mum had 24 hour friendly support and delicious food.
The staff have also been so kind to me and my family. They all took great delight in helping to celebrate Mum's recent, rather large, birthday.

An excellent care home offering superb care in quality accommodation.
My aunt remains happy and smiling despite advanced dementia.
The carers are simply first class and always friendly towards the visitors.

The care which Mum has received over the past 2 years has been first-class. The home always appears spotless and fresh. Communication with care staff and management is excellent. Mum was admitted during the pandemic and so external activities were restricted. These activities are beginning to open up
and hopefully Mum will be able to get out more between family visits.

Everyone is so caring and helpful, my aunt wouldn't still be with us if it wasn't for the marvelous care she gets at New Bradley Hall.
The place is spotless and they have so much patience with the residents that there is always something going on.

My Mother-in-law has been a resident for three months now, and has settled in very well. She loves all the activities they do.

Very good care home where staff are always helpful and welcoming. Mot mother is very well looked after and cared for with dignity. she has been supported through some difficult times. New Bradley Hall is an excellent care home in all aspects. My Mum has been there for 2 years and we have never had any reason to complain about anything. All members of the staff are very kind, caring and friendly but also very professional. The staff not only look after mum but they are always very
kind and caring to all the family and they take an interest in our family. They are all very approachable and communication is excellent, they always keep us updated. Mum has a lovely room with lots of her belongings, she has an ensuite, television and fridge in her room, everywhere is always very clean. The meals are excellent, there is always a choice, and on her birthday they made a cake and she was given a gift. There are always lots of different activities taking place. My mum is very happy, it was a hard decision to make but everyone at New Bradley Hall through their kindness and caring has helped us cope as a family especially through these difficult Covid times. We cannot thank them enough.

Dad moved into New Bradley Hall in January 2019 when it was no longer safe for him to remain in his own home. Dad was living with dementia. Dad settled in straight away and was made to feel so welcome by all the staff and residents. During his time at New Bradley Hall, dad was treated as an individual,
he was stimulated mentally and physically, was treated with dignity and respect and nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. Sadly, dad passed away in January 2020 aged 90, while still at New Bradley Hall. In his last few weeks, dad had exceptional care from all of the staff. I cannot praise them enough for how they cared for him, especially in his last few days. I am so happy that dad spent his last year in New Bradley Hall surrounded by lovely people, who genuinely cared, and in beautiful surroundings. Both the manager and deputy manager attended dad's funeral.

My wife settled in very quickly and she is happier there than she was at home for the last year. She is happy with the stimulation and routine she receives and is happy with the staff. Management is very good, proactive and deals with any complaints or observations promptly and efficiently. If my wife
is happy, I'm happier.

There is a happy atmosphere in the home and I feel mum is always treated as an individual. The staff go out of their way to give that little extra, such as taking a group to Chruch, which is of great comfort to mum. A lot of thought goes into providing a wide range of activities including cooking, choir
practice, exercise and quizzes. Family are always made very welcome and I feel I have made new friends as well as mum.
