My father-in-law was extremely happy in the two years plus that he resided at Russell Court. The staff always treated him with dignity and were happy to carry out his many requests. All the staff are friendly and very caring when dealing with their residents and my father-in-law spoke fondly of them.
At his end of life, the staff were extremely caring towards my father-in-law and in their dealings with his family. We can't thank them enough for the care they gave him.

My father was a resident for over two years. Each time I visited Russell Court I was impressed by the friendly, helpful carers and professionalism of all the staff. They often went above and beyond what I would have expected. The room was always clean and tidy. All public areas were also clean, tidy
and well-presented. There was always a cheery greeting. Management did a wonderful job to keep us fully informed of my father's well-being.

Mom had been in the home well over 12 months. The care she received was excellent from the staff including the management. The home is clean, modern and well maintained with excellent security. Her room was bright and warm with an ensuite bathroom. Room was always kept clean. Visiting was allowed at
any time. Mom was well looked after and always had clean nightwear and blankets.

When we first went to the care home we were made welcome by staff and carers. They asked if we needed anything or to know anything that we wanted to know, they were there.

My brother was admitted as part of a step down from intensive care. The care he received as part of his rehabilitation was good. He was made very welcome and comfortable. The staff were very attentive towards his considerable needs.

My mum spent the last eight weeks of her life at Russell Court and was cared for with compassion and respect. My mum and her room/bathroom were kept immaculate. Staff were very kind and caring and are a credit to the care sector.

Our friend was a resident at Russell Court Care Home from February to December when she passed away. From the first day until the last, we can honestly say our friend was treated with the utmost care and attention. She was looked after with dignity and love. Nothing was too much trouble. The home itself
was clean and modern. The best thing about Russell Court was that we knew that when we weren't able to be with her that she was cared for. A mention for all of the staff. They were always so welcoming, professional, attentive and very kind. We cannot thank them enough. If you are reading this review in order to find a care home for your loved one, please visit Russell Court. It's a lovely, happy home.

My dad spent the last few weeks of his life at Rusell Court. The staff there were excellent and always on hand to help with his care, including dressing and feeding and personal care. They got him dressed and put him into a wheelchair so we could take him out into the garden as he wished to have fresh
air and feel the sun on his face. On his passing, they were helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend this home. Many thanks to all the staff.

My mom has been at this care home since July. I can honestly say myself and mom could not have wished for better care. The staff work really hard and nothing is too much trouble for them, the same goes for management and nursing staff. I know mom is going to miss everyone and I will miss seeing all

My mother wasn't in the care home for long but the care and respect she had was out of this world. They made my mom smile and happy which she hadn't been or a long time while she was in hospital. Thank you from all my family.

This is an exceptional home, compassionate and care is shown at all times to residents and visitors - clean, and smells good all the while. Its always been a good home since mum and dad were in but became exceptional under the manager who is supreme.

As a professional with experience of visiting care and nursing homes, I have no hesitation in saying Russell Court is one of the best in which I've set foot. The staff are warm, welcoming, caring and considerate, thoughtful and committed to providing a high standard of care; in a word, brilliant!
Our
mother was discharged from Russell Hall Hospital for terminal care. The handover was not planned well by the hospital in that she required expert pain management, management that went unarranged. This placed the care staff in a difficult position because it was abundantly clear they too were distressed by mother's pain which was extreme on movement. The concern of the staff was heartwarming and they did their very best to liaise with the responsible GP Practice to procure adequate management of the pain. In this, they were not entirely successful, but the responsibility for that was vested in those responsible for arranging mother's discharge from hospital, not Russell Court.

At the start of my nursing journey, I worked in busy wards at a big, local hospital - moving to Russell Court has allowed me to get to know our residents and spend time with each and every one.
