Coton House provides a warm and homely environment to ensure residents are helped to feel as comfortable as possible at the home. Every room has a voice intercom to allow carers to help residents at any time.

Care assistants are available to provides a range of care services for residents around the clock, with a team of dedicated carers working at the home every day.

There is a range of relaxing communal spaces within the home to spend time in and an outside area is well maintained by gardeners so residents can get outdoors during the warmer months.

Each day a range of freshly prepared meals are served and the preferences and tastes of residents are always taken into consideration.

My mother went to stay at Coton House in December last year due to her dementia. All the staff I have dealt with have been caring, professional and made my mother's last few months comfortable.
I have no hesitation in recommending Coton House for residential stay and thank all the staff for looking
after my mother so well.

Although I have of course not seen Mum due to covid for 4-months, I have spoken with her regularly. She appears to be content. Care staff are looking after her well; I believe. It is difficult to give a complete review of the circumstances.

I was always very happy with all aspects of care given to my great aunt. The staff were wonderful, especially in these difficult times, always kind, helpful and approachable. We were kept informed at all times of my great aunt's wellbeing.

My Aunt had been at Coton House for almost 3 years until her death earlier this month. From the outset, she was treated with top-level care, compassion and affection. I was always kept informed of events at the home, how my Aunt was and any medical intervention was relayed to me quickly. I cannot praise
the team enough.

My Auntie moved to Coton House in 2019 following her hospital admission with a fall. Her health had deteriorated and it was no longer safe for her to remain in her independent accommodation. The hospital placed her at Coton house temporarily but we agreed for her to remain there permanently. We were
so happy when we arrived for our first visit, Coton House was lovely like a home from home and all staff were friendly and ever so helpful. The residents appeared happy and safe and the atmosphere was warming. Sadly my auntie passed away peacefully during the COVID pandemic. The past year she spent at Coton House was fulfilling and as a family, we have been grateful to all the staff for their support and care. Especially at the end with COVID restrictions we were not there by her bedside to hold her hand at her passing. Coton House provided all the care respectfully and lovingly as if we were there ourselves. The staff are dedicated to the residents and relatives giving exceptional service.

Everything was perfect, the management, staff with no exception were wonderful, caring, very personable and very empathetic to my father's needs. There is a genuine warmth there. I have not had any experience of residential care homes before, it was a wonderful surprise to see this level of care. I
will without doubt highly recommend Coton House. Thank you for everything you did for my dad, nothing was too much trouble.

Since being in the home - and it really is a "home" and not an institution - Mom has enjoyed life and has been looked after in a kindly, friendly and caring way. At 95 years she is not in the best of health, but no matter, her needs have been met lovingly. It seems that nothing is too much trouble for
the staff, who are always there to attend to her needs. I am sure that her lifespan and her quality of life have been extended and enriched by the care and attention she has received.

My mom has been resident for over two years, and I've always been confident that she is being well looked after. The staff, from cleaners and cooks, through carers and management, are all exemplary.
I have obviously been concerned during the Covid-19 crisis, but thanks to the measures in place and
the efficient way in which they were implemented, everything has been first class.
I can't thank the staff enough.

During this Covid-19 pandemic, the staff at Coton House have been nothing short of amazing. They kept me informed when some residents tested positive and told me everything they were doing to make sure they provided brilliant care while my parent and the other residents had to stay in isolation. They
changed meal plans and came up with ideas to ensure the resident's new needs were met and genuinely I have nothing but complete praise for the manager and all the staff in seeing their way through this awful time.
It was a testament to the staff that they managed to keep the virus at bay for so long - by the time the residents caught it, they were one of only two homes in the city who had remained virus-free and this was at the very end of April.
I would not hesitate recommended Coton House to anyone. Since my parent has been there, it's been nothing but positive. My parent settled in very well and has remained happy ever since.

I am giving an excellent review for Coton House care home, Wolverhampton.
My Aunt who sadly passed away last Friday 24 April 2020, went into Coton House, on a permanent basis in December 2019. Since being there, she has been very well cared for and looked after extremely well. The staff are superb,
my Aunt bless her, could be rather difficult at times and the staff dealt with this remarkably well.
In her final days, due to the Coronavirus, I was not able to see my Aunt for the last time. The management kept me informed throughout and looked after her in a very caring way. They also put my mind at rest throughout. When she finally passed, they treated her with the greatest respect.
If you are looking for a nursing home for a loved one, Coton House should be your first choice.

Overall, I cannot fault anything about this care home. I have complete confidence in the management, staff and facilities. My Mother is 91 years of age, has dementia, is frail and in poor health generally. Naturally, I want the best for my Mother, and in my opinion, she has it. I do not know cost wise
how Coton House compares with other similar care homes, and so, can only give a general opinion of value for money, whether she could get the same levels of comfort and care elsewhere for less I don't know. Currently costing almost £100 per day for her care seems a lot, but on the other hand what price can you put on the peace of mind brought to my Mothers loved ones, knowing she is in such excellent overall care?

As I go to the care home nearly every day to see a friend, staff always open the door with a smile. They always offer you tea and biscuits. The care/support is excellent, it's a very difficult job.
All patients are treated with lots of dignity. Overall excellent.
My friend's room is very good and
they are well looked after. There is one cleaner but could do with one more, it's too much for one.
There are lots of drinks, not sure on food as I've never seen them but the menu always looks very good.
Management keep a well-maintained care home so overall excellent.

My name is Rimpi Kaur and I am the registered care manager for Coton Care- Coton House and Coton Grange.


I have been working in elderly care specialising in Dementia since I was 16 years old, and have found the journey to management for the last 10 years, in various establishments very rewarding, every single step of the way.


I hold a Level 5 NVQ Health and Social Care Diploma, Level 3 NVQ Health and Social Care Diploma, and various other training and qualifications for my ongoing personal development.


I have been with Coton Care for over 9 years, starting my journey as a Deputy Manager. I work alongside an extremely dedicated friendly workforce who are always eager to learn and hard working. Together we aim to achieve providing our residents with person centred care and create a friendly homely atmosphere for our residents and their loved ones.
