Breme Residential Care Home is best of its class in Worcestershire. The staff are very kind my mom could not get any better care than if she was in a nursing home. The staff work very hard keeping the home clean and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are lovely with their own bathroom and everyone is treated with dignity value for money and is excellent I can really recommend Breme no doubt in my mind 5 star rating best home in the area

Mum seems happy and cared for. I wonder sometimes if Dad didn't come most lunchtimes if Mum would be fed as diligently i.e. I am not sure if the staff would encourage and help her enough. They are happy to respond to any requests for help and are good with Mum. There doesn't seem to be much stimulus, although for Mum this would be difficult and possibly inappropriate but for those more able, there seems to be very few activities despite the list on the board suggesting there are.

"Thank you for your review. The mealtime experience in our home is very important and it is lovely when family members take part in this. However, I can assure you that all our residents, in particular, the ones who need extra assistance are always supported and encouraged to eat at all times....

Mum appears to be very happy and content at Breme Residential Care Home. My family and I are made to feel very welcome when we visit, mum enjoys the activities that are arranged and the company of the staff. She does not seem to communicate with the other residents but this may be because of her condition. It would be nice if the television and radio could be set to the age group of the residents. Perhaps a video library of films and musicals. However, mum seems to have got used to "Judge Judy" in fact she likes it! I appreciate it may be a staff issue but it's a shame the residents are not using your lovely garden more often.

Overall mum is looked after very well, taking into consideration how difficult it must be. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful and always treat mum very kindly showing a great deal of patience. They never fail to contact me if there is a problem or mum has a fall.

Mum was placed here by Worcester hospital. She settled in because all staff made her feel welcome and wanted from day one. Her room is light and airy overlooking the school field and nicely decorated, furnished and clean. Mum is always dressed in matching clothes and the staff make an effort to add a necklace or scarf to her outfit, which pleases her. Activities are good and we like to join in! The in-house hairdresser is an added bonus. Food is freshly made and presented nicely on her plate. It is a truly lovely, caring environment.
