Thank you for taking the time to write such lovely comments about our team Ian, we really appreciate it. Kate Yates.
It saddens me to read these comments as when I speak to your mother she does not pass on these concerns. Some residents prefer to spend time in their rooms rather than socialise with their fellow residents and we need to respect their choices - that doesn’t mean they are forgotten and we constantly visit their rooms to have a chat, do individual activities if they wish, and of course meet any care needs they have. If you would like to come and speak to me I would be very happy to talk to you to about any concerns at all.
Staff always went the extra mile!
Always knew my mother in law was safe and well-cared for at Breme and this enabled me to relax.
