I’m passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a supportive, family-like environment at Breme. My journey began in health and social care, and after roles in both care and business, I returned to my true calling during the pandemic. Today, as Home Manager, my focus is on enriching lives, ensuring residents feel valued and staff feel empowered. I’d love to connect and explore how we can support our local community together.
I love everything about my role here at Breme - I love talking to the residents, having them sing songs, and I love to see them smile and laugh. I feel very proud to work at Breme. Sanctuary Care is a very good company to work for. The resident means everything to me. As long as they are happy, I'm happy - that's my motto!
Paul is passionate about creating home-cooked dishes cooked straight from the heart, from traditional pies and roast dinners with all the trimmings, to home-made lemon drizzle cake and banana bread.
"It's about enriching the residents' lives by giving them the best possible dining experience. That's what it's all about."
I love the relationship that I have with the residents and their families. Breme is like my second home.
I'm a really chatty person and I love chatting to the residents and their loved ones.
