Mum is always clean and dressed well. Her room is clean and tidy. The meals are freshly cooked and tasty. I have had lunch on a visit. The staff interact with and know each resident well. There is a very welcoming atmosphere. I think we were lucky to find this little gem. It's homely and friendly with fabulous caring staff.

I couldn't have found a better care home for my mom to spend her last couple of years, the owners, manager and all the carers are wonderful, they shown compassion and love towards my mom, always providing dignity and respect, they became my mom's family and friends, she called them her darlings, my mom enjoyed all the entertainment and activities, my mom was always happy and smiling when I visited, I knew it was because she was happy and contented, she loved all the lovely meals, and so did I, on many occasions I would have lunch with my mom and always offered drinks, everyone is so kind and thoughtful, I will miss all the staff, I was always made at home, there, I am so lucky to have found this beautiful home for my mom, and will be forever grateful to everyone, a big thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have been volunteering at The Leys for the past two years, coming almost every week from March through September to help residents with gardening and creative activities. It has been an absolute pleasure to be part of such a welcoming and positive environment. The home is always clean, the staff are genuinely caring, and the residents consistently look happy and engaged. The food is amazing and being so well looked after is honestly one of the reasons I always look forward to coming back. Seeing the joy and pride residents take in the garden and creative projects is incredibly rewarding. When mom needed looking after because her dementia was making it unsafe to leave her unattended, I went straight to the Leys. When I visit, I chat to every one of the residents who are not busy. They always love to chat about what's been going on. Excersise sessions, where the whole group are encouraged to join in, & usually end up in fits of giggles. Craft days making seasonal decorations, or works of art, to brighten the rooms.
