Hi, my name is Stephanie, and I am the General Manager here at Field House.
I have been a member of the team here at Field House for many years now, and I truly love my job. The Field House family is wonderfully supportive, and we all strive to provide outstanding care for all of our residents.
I treasure the friendships I have built with our residents and their families and have many fond memories of the times we share here together.

Hello, my name is Kiera. I am a Team Leader here at Field House.
I came to Field House as a General Assistant, and being able to help the residents and being able to interact with them during activities or meal times instilled a passion for care in me.
With experience, I gained confidence and undertook a Level 3 in Adult Social Care and made my way to the position of Team Leader. My role at Field House is so rewarding

Sharnie returned to Field House in 2021, she worked here before as a housekeeper.
There were no opportunities in housekeeping when she returned so she decided to take a care assistant role.
Sharnie has grown and grown and she now carried out a senior Care Assistant role she is completed her level 3 diploma in health and social care.

Hi, my name is Mel and I consider myself very fortunate to work in such a wonderful care home.
I love my job and I love supporting our residents in their day-to-day lives. My favourite thing is seeing our residents smile as it shows me that I have done my job well.

Hi, my name is Tanya, and I am a Care Assistant here at Field House.
Field House is a lovely home full of fun. I not only enjoy my responsibilities but I work to make a difference in other people’s lives. Caring is a part of me not just a job and it is wonderful to be able to do something I love every day.

Alysia has recently joined the team, she has just finished college and is very keen to learn.
Alysia has taken to the role and she has already built excellent relationships with the Residents and the team of staff.

Hi, my name is Stella, and I am proud to be the Head Chef at Field House. I am responsible for providing a top class dining experience and ensuring that the menus reflect the high standards that every resident should enjoy. I am constantly speaking with residents to find out what foods they prefer, the way they like things presented and how I can make every meal a great experience.
Working with the care staff to ensure each resident's unique dietary requirements are met, is just one of the ways that my kitchen team support the health and well-being of our residents. I spend time with each new resident to ensure that my team and I are aware of their preferences and favourites when they first move in to Field House.

Hi, I joined Field House in 2021 from another Barchester home. I have worked in care for the last 30 years and a big part of that has been with Barchester.
Here at Field House, I organise a variety of activities and social events within the home and in the community, such as gardening club arts and crafts, and weekly exercise sessions along with live singers and musicians every month. We are also keen on regular outings to local landmarks, museums, cafes and shopping centres.
In my job, I'm able to develop excellent relationships with residents and their families providing the support they need. I am very passionate about my job role as it is very important to us as a team that every individual is able to live the life they wish and feel fulfilled in their everyday activities maintaining past hobbies and finding new ones.

Hello, my name is Larry and I'm the Head of Maintenance here at Field House. My previous experience includes 16 years as a maintenance manager for another care provider. I'm ex-military; 1st Battalion, The Light Infantry and Marines. I'm a local man, a doting granddad to 8 grandchildren and a keen gardener. Having spoken to our residents we're all looking forward to setting up a Field House allotment with a weather greenhouse.

Prior to coming to Field House, I worked in retail and then spent five years at home raising my beautiful daughter.
I thoroughly enjoyed coming into the care sector; it feels really rewarding every day when I go home, to know that I have made a difference in so many people’s lives.

Mandy embraces the whole home approach when the team need a helping hand Mandy is always there.
