Netherwood Residential Care Home

My dad has been here for a year and has been well looked after. The food here is excellent. My mother and I have always been made to feel very welcome. The staff are very friendly and supportive. Dads room is satisfactory although there is a bad smell at times (maybe drains?) It would be very helpful if something could be done about the entrance on the road, which is very dangerous to exit in a car. I feel there is a bad accident waiting to happen!

I find the staff here very charming and helpful. They are delightful to my parents and will always go the extra mile with them.

Mum has been in Netherwood for just over 3 months and during this time has been made extremely comfortable, treated like a queen. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much, always a welcome for all visitors. It is so comforting to know mum is safe and being cared for so well. I cannot thank everyone enough.
