Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My father-in-law was admitted to the Rubens in February 2019 with Vascular Dementia. During his care at the Rubens the manager and staff, including the lovely laundry gentleman and kitchen staff all made him welcome and as comfortable as possible. My father-in-law sadly lost his battle with the disease
in February 2022 and the staff at Rubens were absolutely amazing during his final days. We will always be truly grateful for the love and care you gave him. Our love and appreciation will always be with you.
