Charlie has worked in the care sector for over 10 years covering various roles. Starting with a domestic assistant and working her way up to her current position. She continued to work in the care industry whilst attending a London Drama School where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
Charlie worked hard to help improve standards in all her workplaces, and during COVID-19 when theatres closed, she came home and worked at Doddlespool Hall to help keep residents safe and well during the pandemic.
This changed Charlie's focus and she decided to follow a different route, as she knew she was making a difference.
Charlie continues to work to the best of her ability in her role and ensure the residents receive a good quality of care which enhances their lives.
