My mum has been at Wilbraham Care home nearly 2 years now. She continues to enjoy her time there and the staff are supportive and caring in dealing with my mums medical needs.

I'm happy in the knowledge she is safe and well looked after.

Issues had been raised regarding the breakdown of hot water in my husband's room & beyond. I would have preferred this issue to have been dealt with more quickly, however after good communication with one of the Directors the issue appears to be successfully resolved.

Additionally ensuring that the floor is cleaned daily in my husband's room & bathroom has been attended to.

I'm really happy with the care my mum gets, the home is clean and she is well looked after. They are a great team who have a laugh & joke with her & seem to understand her needs and moods. She has made a friend in there whom she chats & has meals with. Overall I'm happy with her care at Wilbraham House.

My Nana has dementia, and choosing a place where she would be safe, understood, and cared for was one of the hardest decisions our family has ever faced. Though when she moved to Wilbraham House, we began to feel genuine comfort knowing she was surrounded by people who treat her with patience, kindness and love.
Staff take time with her, speak to her gently, and treat her with dignity in every interaction. She is seen as a whole person, not just someone living with dementia, and that means more than I can express. The team know her ways, what helps her settle, and what brings out her smile. Their kindness feels sincere. It is sincere.
Activities are always offered in ways that suit her, giving her moments of connection and joy. Even small things make a difference, and they make sure she gets to experience those moments.

Wilbraham House has given my Nana safety, comfort, and love. I am grateful for the people who care for her as if she were their own.

My beautiful Mum has Dementia and started living at Wilbraham House a few months ago, I have been truly overwhelmed by the level of care/understanding and love that she has been given. The team really are outstanding. The whole team including the Manager, kitchen staff foods amazing, laundry, cleaners, activity planners and all the wonderful carers are very professional but also like one big family. Relatives are welcomed at any time with offers of tea and biscuits, I feel that they also support me as the daughter of a resident. Mum's bedroom is spotlessly clean all the time and so is she, no matter when I visit. Lots of activities going on too, Mum often does one to one activities because she won't always join in with groups. Very grateful to all the team.

The Manager and staff are excellent. My father has been a resident here for 2 years, and we have no complaints. We are very pleased with the care he receives. He always looks clean, tidy and happy.

We have not been able to visit as much over the past year, but I feel reassured because we are able to check his notes daily, we can call anytime, and we often just turn up when we can with no notice, and Dad is always well cared and happy.

My Dad is well looked after at Wilbraham House. The Staff are really good with him and look after him - Like a big extended family. He is very happy, relaxed and enjoys his life there. Food is excellent and his room is quite spacious and overlooks the Church. Dad loves to be outside and he has been encouraged to plant all the bedding plants in the planters and hanging baskets, which he has loved doing and is proud of his achievements! he tells me every time he sees me!

Staff are absolutely brilliant with my mother. They treat her like a normal person are affectionate and respond well to her needs. It's comfortable and homely rather than a clinical setting and staff make an effort to get to know about the individual person and communicate accordingly. My mother feels safe and well cared for .

What can I say. Dad came to Wilbraham House after our mum was admitted into care from a hospital stay. We could not ask for a better place for our dad to live. The carers are all fabulous and he is looked after in very aspect. We never have to worry about dad as we know that the care he is receiving is second to none and that these people genuinely care. They have a fabulous leader who knows the care system and goes over and above with everything she does. The home itself is friendly. The food is really good, and everywhere is kept so very clean and tidy. Dad is very settled and the interaction between him and the staff is so good. We are relieved that our dad is happy and cared for and that the final years of his life will be spent with good people who do an excellent job. As a family we are always made to feel welcome and kept informed of everything which is so good to know. We also know that dad is safe and cared for as he deserves.

Thank you to all the staff - amazing!
