Overall Experience

I have satisfaction throughout the entire care home. It is a very homely, caring environment. Staff are always polite and the care Mum receives is excellent. The housekeeping team do an excellent job and the kitchen team are excellent also. The home has been recently refurbished which is nice too. I feel happy myself because I know Mum is looked after.

Overall Experience

Wilbraham House staff have consistently given an extremely high level of care over the past 5 years. There is a strong sense of belonging akin to a family home environment which permeates across staff, residents and management alike. This also translates to the staff striving to understand individual needs and provide a safe, dignified, caring environment and a more personalised service. There is a wide range of weekly activities to suit everyone including provision for family participation which encourages and supports all concerned.

I have no hesitation in recommending Wilbraham House to anyone who faces such a difficult decision-making process. I am so grateful that we made the right decision in our time of need. A huge thank you to the amazing staff who have given tremendous care, above and beyond our expectations.

Overall Experience

My nan lived here for many years until she passed away this month. I have got to say the staff are absolutely fantastic. I think they are the most caring people I have ever met. They go way above what they had to do for both my nan and all of my family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for care for a relative.
