My mum was bad-tempered, needed shower as she wouldn't at home. This is her 1st respite and I worried how she would react. She had a great time. They helped her shower gave her a manicure with the other ladies there, food was excellent.

She enjoyed walking around, making friends and loved going in the garden. She's asked me if she can go again.

Lovely caring staff. Looks like a hotel, not a care home. Very clean, fantastic food. All staff are approachable and happy to help. Good activities for residents. Nice outside area to share with relatives.

I love it here. My grandpa has found a new lease of life since he came here. He enjoys all of the activities on offer. The staff are simply wonderful. They are all friendly and would do anything for you. It is so clean and feels more like a giant hotel than a home.
I'd move in myself if they'd let me.

Amazing.

We recently, with help from local authority, booked my aunt for emergency respite at Bracebridge Court. We were so worried about the decision at the time but by day three our fears were no more. My aunt loved it and is now looking to move in permanently later in the year.

All the staff were lovely and caring including the manager, carers and cleaners. Very friendly atmosphere and always something going on. The cakes and facilities in the cafe area are a lovely touch.

If you are looking for a care home for your loved one then Bracebridge Court is a perfect choice. My mother-in-law spent over 2 years at Bracebridge Court but sadly passed away just before Christmas, and the love and care she received were second to none. The staff are excellent, always friendly, caring and supportive. The home is spotlessly clean at all times and the food is beautifully prepared and served to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Bracebridge Court to anyone, it is outstanding.

My mother is a resident at Bracebridge Court. Yesterday she was visited by four generations of her family. The most important one who she was yet to meet was her Great Great Grand Daughter. The family came just before lunch. They were made very welcome and the three care staff on duty offered a corner of the lounge area for the family and my mother to sit in the comfort of her own armchair to cuddle this precious baby. My mother was offered to eat her lunch at a small table next to her which enabled her not to miss out on this special visit. We all felt this was just like a home should be. Thank you to ALL the staff.

My experience of Bracebridge Court has always been a welcoming one. Since August 2015 when my nan became resident, I have always been impressed with the level of care she received. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff have always been friendly and approachable. Bracebridge Court really did provide a caring home for nan as she neared the end of her life.

Thank you for all you have done!

Bracebridge Court was a real gift to us after the two years my mother spent in a previous care home. Sadly my mother passed away on December 2017 after spending two years in this wonderful place.

The manager and her staff are all outstanding. The welcome, friendliness and the happy atmosphere is always there. The home is always spotlessly clean and the food is superb and there is always tea and coffee available at all times. Most of all the love and care they have for their residents is clearly evident and the wonderful support they give to the families. Highly recommended.

My Friend and neighbour for 40 years has lived at Bracebridge Court for the last year and I can only describe it as excellent. The girls are amazing and I know my friend is very happy with the care they give. The home is beautiful and they always make us feel very welcome. The manager and her team do a great job. If we have a query they will always try to sort.
