Bracebridge Court offers me everything I need, I use it for respite care and find it pleasing, I am happy and safe. The atmosphere at Bracebridge Court is lovely. The staff relate to me really well, as a carer histrionically myself I can't fault them.

My mother moved into this care home ten weeks ago after a few respite stays. The standard of care on every occasion has been excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. When there's been a problem with my mum's health they are quick to react and keep the family informed and take really good care of her.

Overall Experience
My grandmother and her sister are residents in the home. The staff are lovely and treat residents with respect - as if they are their family. When my nan's sister passed away they cared for her, and us, fantastically - they never left her bedside, everything was logged as it should be, even the district nurses said how much the home and it's staff were the best in the area.

Knowing they treat the residents very well is a weight off our minds, nothing is too much trouble. The care and support they gave to the wider family when my aunt passed away was an enormous help - it made an upsetting time more bearable. My nan is happy at Bracebridge. The manager is fantastic and interacts with all residents and families. In short - this is a brilliant home with fabulous staff.
