Every time I go to visit my aunt (which is quite often) they're always doing some activity which is stimulating to the residents. The rooms are immaculate and all the carers are friendly to residents and those who visit.

First class care home.

A lovely clean modern building, staff friendly and caring.

My mom was in for respite and seemed so much livelier and confident after the three weeks.

Excellent care home. Everyone working here at Bracebridge Court is so caring and kind. I think the activities available for both residents and family and friends are beyond excellent. They really make everyone feel special and keep them happy.

Every aspect of our mother's six months at Bracebridge Court has been far superior to that which we could have imagined or hoped for. Every single member of staff we have encountered has gone way beyond their call of duty to ensure that our mother was treated with love and kindness. Furthermore, and very importantly, the way in which they have dealt with and interacted with us on our visits has been efficient and heartwarming.

My brother moved into Bracebridge last month and what has been a difficult time leading up to has now resulted in myself and my wife having peace of mind that he is safe and well looked after.

The love and family feel of this home from the minute you are greeted at the door is wonderful. The rooms and gardens are kept immaculate. The staff are a very friendly bunch. We recently had lunch in the café at the home and it tasted and looked lovely. The manager is very helpful and always available to chat to and has helped to reassure us that we made the right decision in choosing Bracebridge.

My mum moved in a few months ago and she has settled well. The staff genuinely care!

Her room is lovely and kept nice and clean.

The home has a lovely feel and is always lively.

Mum loves the chickens and can hear them clucking from her room. Mum has put weight on and I think this is due to the lovely cake!

I have nothing but praise for this care home. My first criteria when searching for a home for both my parents was one that felt friendly, warm and welcoming and had no odours when I first visited. Bracebridge Court continues to fulfill these requirements. The care, love and attention given to both my parents and myself have helped me through a very difficult time. The help and support given to us during my Father's last days and hours were excellent. My Mother continues to live at Bracebridge Court and I know is in safe hands. My Father, in his latter weeks was not always the easiest person to deal with, but the staff managed him admirably and I have nothing but praise for all the staff. Everyone is always welcoming, friendly and eager to help in any way they can. More importantly, there is always cake available in the Cafe!

Management and staff cannot be praised highly enough for the way they cared for my dying father. As a GP I see many care homes and Bracebridge Court is right up at the top in my opinion. I would recommend them without the slightest reservation.

My mum has been on an end of life plan since mid 2016, but unfortunately passed away at the beginning of April 2017. The care that was given to mum was second to none, as was the support given to our family. I cannot speak highly enough of the manager and all the carers. Mum had been a resident at Bracebridge since September 2012. In her first 3 years, mum joined in with lots of activities ie bingo, flower arranging, pickling onions, colouring competitions as well as going on day trips. She became less active as her dementia got worse but the staff were excellent in everything they did for mum. Thank you to everyone at Bracebridge Court.

What a warm, welcoming place! The décor is amazing - not the same usual wallpaper all the way through but different colours and themes in different areas. Carers are respectful and demonstrate friendliness and caring towards residents and visitors. Rooms are spacious and private. I especially loved the visitors café where you could sit with residents and have a cup of tea or coffee out of real china cups and saucers, with a teapot and cake.

My friend has recently moved into Bracebridge Court as she was so lonely and anxious living on her own. The carers are great and treat the residents like their own, they are friendly and fun as well as being caring. Right from the manager visiting us as home, to moving in was a nice experience and helped us to know she had made the right choice to move to a care home.

My father was moved to Bracebridge Court from another Care Home and he seemed to enjoy his time there before he sadly passed away.

The room was clean and the Home had a new and pleasant feel and smell to it.

The only downside that I could see was that the staff seemed to be very stretched. An example is that I gave my father a framed photo for the wall, but in all the time he was there, it was never put up for him.

We had concerns how Dad would settle with the move from another home to Bracebridge. The move was handled very well. The care and support he received were wonderful. He felt at home there and we were happy to leave him in the care of the home, knowing he was safe. Thank you all.

Bracebridge Court is a very nice care home. It is very clean, modern has lots of facilities and activities. The staff are very friendly and supportive and always treat the residents with the utmost dignity. My mother always appears safe and content. Other residents appear content too! She has only been here a year and will shortly be moving back to Nuneaton, the only reason being is it's only five minutes away from where I live.
