On entering, made welcoming, always clean and smells nice. Activities excellent, and carers join residents in having an enjoyable time. Toilets excellent.
Always made to feel welcome, the home has a lovely feel to it. We have seen a vast improvement in my nan since she has lived at the home which is testament to the care she is receiving from all the staff there. Daily activities, plenty of interaction and lots of laughter along the way.
The home is lovely, the staff are all kind and friendly and very helpful, the home is always clean and tidy, with a very homely feel to it. There always seems to be lots of activities going on for residents and their families.
The Chimneys staff have welcomed an apprehensive 92-year-old and made him feel safe and happy. His overall improvement physically and mentally we put down to the individual high level of care he receives. Always a warm welcome, always something going on and we are more than happy with the attention he receives.
Thank you for your kind review of The Chimneys, we are pleased to hear the high level of care is having a positive impact on your uncle's health and well being.
I find it very pleasant to visit the home. The staff are very nice and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and a nice pleasant home.
Thank you so much for your kind words and review of The Chimneys.
I think the staff have made my mother feel very welcome and she has settled in well. I am very impressed with the activities that are set out for my mum and the food seems good. The rooms are light and clean but could do with an update, especially in the bathroom areas. Overall, I think this is a good care home with dedicated staff. I'm not keen when there is temporary help coming in though.
The staff are competent, caring and understanding and requests or concerns are dealt with very quickly. It's nice to have a number of different places to sit when visiting so we can choose somewhere quiet if we wish to.
We visited on May 5th to see my friend's mum who is at The Chimneys. It was the King's coronation weekend and, after returning back from a day out, we had a table set for the three of us, all done lovely, which made us feel really special. Plenty of choice and staff are always friendly whenever we visit. The Chimneys has a wonderful warm, friendly atmosphere and nothing is ever too much trouble. Beautiful place and spotlessly clean and tidy. Thank you.

Ma has settled in well and is very happy and feels safe. We are really pleased with the care she receives in a lovely home with the attentive and involved staff. They treat her with respect and dignity and keep in touch with us regularly and advise us immediately, if there is a problem.
Thank you for your kind words and review of the Chimneys.
From the moment we came to look around at the care home, in the whole of Rugby, this home definitely was most welcome, made us feel comfortable, able to support my mum and our family in the difficult time. All staff are very hard working, caring and they always welcome us and all staff seems to be so much involved in my mum's care. This home is a very homely home.
Thank you for your kind words and review of The Chimneys Residential Home.
Everyone I have met from front to resident has been great.
Thank you for your kind words and review of The Chimneys Residential Home.
As a family member, I found the staff very supportive, helpful and kind. They covered all aspects of care with professionalism, making medical care when needed. When I raised concerns the issues were resolved. The home's atmosphere was calm and friendly. My dad wasn't so happy as he didn't think the carers came to him quick enough when he wanted something.
Thank you for your kind words and review of The Chimneys Residential Home. Your feedback is much appreciated.
My mother-in-law was made most welcome when she joined The Chimneys recently. She was, in fact, welcomed with a hug and a cup of weak tea, just as she likes. She has settled in very nicely and has joined in most of the many activities that are arranged for residents. The staff have been most kind and considerate throughout.
Thank you for you lovely review of the Chimneys Residential Home.
Very kind and considerate staff. Always happy to answer queries and never have any problems talking to someone. Always keep us informed and always very professional. We are very happy with all aspects of care.
Thank you for your kind words and review of The Chimneys Residential Home.
My brother transferred to this care home in late 2021. The welcome he has received was lovely and he felt at home straight away. The Chimneys feels like a home, not a care home. My brother has been transformed, he is much happier and once again, outgoing. The staff look after him so well. The contact I have had with the management team has been very efficient and professional. Thank you Chimneys.
Thank you for your inf words and review of The Chimneys Residential Home.
Very impressed with covid protocols. The property is very well maintained and is beautifully decorated. Most impressive are all of the staff. I feel Dad is very well looked after and his room is warm and comfortable. The staff I met are all caring and compassionate and I can't thank them enough for all they are doing to care for my dad. A big thank you to everyone who works at the Chimneys.

Visited an elderly gentleman - a friend who recently moved into the home at the Chimneys, Bolton. Although he is taking his time adjusting to his new surroundings (he is quite lucid, I have found on my visits the staff are extremely friendly and kind. I was offered cool drinks (in the garden on a hot, sunny day) and tea and biscuits on the more recent occasions. My friend is well cared for and the staff are friendly and caring. The rooms I have seen are finished and decorated to a high standard.
Thank you so much for your kind words and review of The Chimneys.
The staff are very kind, always friendly and helpful whenever I ring or visit my Dad. The Chimneys always has a nice feel to it. I am so pleased I chose this home for my father.
Thank you very much for your kind review of The Chimneys.
I have always found the staff very helpful and caring towards my dad. If I have any concerns, they are dealt with very quickly. The staff are very approachable and hard working. The home itself is welcoming and warm.
Thank you for your kind words and review of The Chimneys.
In my opinion, The Chimneys is an excellent residential care home. The staff and management are brilliant, as is the care my dad is receiving.
