Very friendly staff who are always attentive, and followed guidelines efficiently during covid. Comfortable and clean rooms and varied menu. Activities and entertainment have been brilliant especially recently in the last few weeks. This has been portrayed well on social media so we can see what they
have been up to. A big thank you to everyone.

My mum has been at The Chimneys for a number of years, always seems in good spirits when I see her although she had dementia. The staff are always loving and caring for her, which makes life easier for me, knowing this. Food and cleanliness, very good. Lucky to get Mum into the Chimneys as it's very
local to me. Well done everyone. Keep up the good work.

I am very satisfied with the way my mum is cared for at The Chimneys. She has been a resident here since 2018 and has always been well cared for and respected. The food is good and Mum enjoys it. The rooms are clean and tidy and smell fresh.
Entertainment is provided for residents (when possible)
and it always seems a happy, comfortable environment which is just what I want for Mum.
