Can honestly not put in words how amazing each and every staff member is hear at four ways. They go above and beyond nothing is ever to much for them. The relationship which came with them and my friend is amazing and they made everyday special for her. They Became family. A massive thank you to each and everyone one of you for everything.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and for your lovely feedback - it means a lot to us. Best wishes.
My first impression on entering Four Ways was that the homely atmosphere was not disappointing for the rest of my experience. Staff always had time to stay and talk, and genuinely cared for my husband and us as a family. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home,
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. It was our pleasure caring for your husband and having him, and you, as part of our Four Ways family. Best wishes.
My Dad has been visiting Four Ways for respite since February this year after 2 years of looking for the right place. He has advanced dementia and is extremely anxious when separated from my mum. As soon as we walked into Four Ways what we noticed was the smell, there is no care home smell the place is spotless the atmosphere is calm and happy with beautiful areas to sit and relax. But what stands out is the care, I have been blown away by how the management and staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my dad gets the care he needs. The staff have been so supportive of my mum too. At every turn they have gone above and beyond. My dad even asked to go back to the care home the other day - we couldn't believe it. We never thought he would settle anywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of the WCS care homes the staff and management and especially the CEO - Ed, OBE (should be a knighthood!!!!) really do care and move heaven and earth for their residents.THANK YOU WCS
Thank you for your lovely review and kind words. We really appreciate your feedback. Kind regards

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - we really appreciate the lovely feedback. Best wishes.
Lots of activities always going on.
Several areas to sit, ie coffee bar, conservatory and lovely garden.
Always someone at hand willing to help with whatever is needed.
Thank you for leaving us a review, we really appreciate the kind words. I'll pass on your feedback to the rest of the team. Best wishes.
Absolutely superb! All the staff are so lovely and welcoming. It's such a great place to visit my Grandad. He seems really happy here and he's really enjoying staying here. I would definitely recommend this care home. It feels so homely and such a peaceful place to come and visit.
Thank you so much for leaving us a review. Your feedback means a lot and it's our pleasure caring for your Grandad. I'll pass on your comments to the rest of the team. Best wishes.
I'm sure that this transformation is down to the fantastic team at Four Ways. Everyone is so kind and friendly, creating a happy and relaxed atmosphere that feels like a home from home. When I visited last week there were people in all of the lovely spaces near reception - sitting in the cafe, playing dominoes in the conservatory, taking a stroll around the garden.
I feel very fortunate that Four Ways had a room available for my mum. I couldn't have wished for a better place for her to be. Heartfelt thanks to you all for looking after her so well - and for the kindness you've shown us both.
Thank you for leaving a review for us. It's always heartwarming to hear that what we do is making a difference for people. Best wishes
A huge thank you for the care staff responsible for ensuring my mother's last years were cared for with fun & laughter, compassion & dignity. I couldn't have asked for a better care home for Mum. Thank you to all involved in the running of a residential "home", not a care home.
Thank you so much for leaving us a review and for your kind words. It means a lot and it was our pleasure caring for your Mum. I'll share your feedback with the rest of the team. Best wishes.
My auntie and uncle live at Four Ways. Whenever I visit I see the consistent high standard of care. This home has a heart. The staff go over and above to ensure my auntie and uncle are together as much as possible and they even set up valentine surprises for them both. They give little anecdotes to me about things my auntie and uncle have done or said. These are memories I will treasure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home. It is outstanding.
Thank you for your lovely feedback which is appreciated by everyone at Four Ways. It's our pleasure to care for your auntie and uncle. Kind regards
My parents reside at Fourways. I feel very confident they are cared for to the highest standard. I have seen first hand the commitment and dedication of staff members at all levels/roles as they diligently go about their duties to ensure all residents are able to live their final years to the full in a safe, caring and happy environment. It's great seeing the residents enjoying the activities and entertainment. Dad loves to play dominoes and is encouraged to do so, he's gone for pub lunches, trips to country parks and to community activities. Fourways is a wonderful care home with gardens well kept by staff, residents and volunteers, the floors are themed and there's a kitchen providing freshly cooked tasty meals. When visiting my parents I'm made to feel so welcome by friendly staff. I sometimes visit with my mini dachshund and he receives lots of attention and is made welcome too! If my friends were looking for a residential home for a parent(s) I would undoubtedly recommend Fourways.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. We really appreciate your feedback. It's our absolute pleasure to care for your mum and dad and have you as part of the Four Ways family.
The supervisor/manager, is very personable, capable and effective in all she does. The team at Four Ways is really good and I am very happy with how my mother in law is being cared for.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us - we really value feedback from our residents and relatives. I've passed on your comments to the rest of the team. Very best wishes
My dad has been at Fourways now for over 3 years and it is very obvious to his family that he feels very safe and secure there, when we take him out for the day, although he has a lovely time, you can sense his relief when he is back and in his own space again. I do not think you could ask for more than that as a relative of a resident.
The carers at Fourways really care and you can feel that when you are there, but also, most of them have been working there for a long time and because of that, they all have special relationships with all of the residents. It is a lovely place to spend time and I always walk away confident that my dad is in good hands.
The home is clean and bright and has a happy atmosphere, the food is home-made and tasty and the menu is flexible depending on how the residents feel on any given day. My dad doesn't really engage in the daily activities, but the programme always looks varied and interesting for those that do. Thanks to all at Fourways.
Thank you for leaving a review for us - we really appreciate your kind words which I've shared with the rest of the team.
If I had to use one word to sum up the care given by Four Ways it would be outstanding. The staff that took care of dad are, without any hesitation, the most selfless and caring people you could possibly want to take care of your loved one. The love and tenderness they bestowed upon dad was both heartwarming and comforting to witness. They work tirelessly and nothing is ever too much trouble - they genuinely want to care and help. Four Ways is run by an excellent management team and nothing is too much trouble. Dad became quite poorly towards the end of December last year and we believed and were told that he would, at that point, be put on the end of life pathway. However because of the sheer unrelenting tenacity, care and tenderness that was given by the staff, dad rallied and I was given a further 4, precious weeks with him. Dad passed away peacefully very recently and his loss was not only felt by my family, but also, clearly, by all the staff there that had cared for him over the last 4 years.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review and for your wonderful feedback. It means a lot and it was our absolute pleasure caring for your Dad. I'll share your comments with the rest of the team. Best wishes.
They have supported me through what has been at times very tough, and always showed me kindness and given me a much needed hug. They are all an amazing team and much appreciated by my mum and myself.
Thank you for leaving a review for us - we really do appreciate your feedback. It's been our absolute pleasure to care for your mum and have you as part of the Four Ways family.
The staff at this home are very caring and always make sure the residents are happy in whatever way they can. I'm happy that there are activities on a regular basis which helps the residents to interact with each other and is beneficial to each individual too which I feel is important. Any issues/concerns raised are dealt with accordingly as requested by the family which gives us peace of mind knowing she is being looked after. The outings are a good thing too as it gives us and the relatives something else to relate to when we visit. Well done Four Ways, thank you.
Thank you for leaving a review for us. We really appreciate your time and feedback, and if you would like to join us on one of our trips out please let us know - family are always welcome to come along. Kind regards
Been resident for 5 years and made a lovely friend since arriving. Friendly and inviting staff - great to know that family member is in a safe space and being cared for. Bright space and great garden too!
Thank you for leaving a review for us - we really appreciate your feedback. Kind regards
My mother has been in Fourways for over 4 years since breaking her hip. She always assures us that she is very well looked after and is very proud of her room. She always looks well turned out - has visits from the hairdresser and chiropodist whenever necessary. Always a fussy eater she enjoys the food - the staff are very patient with her. The medical care is first class. Visitors are always made welcome and the home is always clean, tidy and the staff friendly and welcoming.
Thank you so much for leaving us a review - it's lovely to receive such a positive affirmation of what we do. I'll share your comments with the team, who I know will appreciate hearing your feedback. Best wishes.
I have just returned from taking my mum to Ireland (where she was born) for her 80th birthday. Mum has not travelled for decades and she has high needs so the trip needed careful planning. I wish to thank all the staff at Fourways for supporting me and my sister to do this. They prepared her medication so that I could manage it easily whilst away, they liaised with the frailty nurse for additional medication needs. They prepared staff for her early departure and returns. They also supported her to help with extra things like painting her nails to make her look extra pretty for the trip. (Thank you) All brilliant!
Thank you for leaving feedback for us. We're so pleased you were able to spend this special time together and make new memories with your mum. Very best wishes
My mother in law as the onsets of dementia, moving into Four Ways coming up to a year ago. Since day one she as been looked after to a very high standard. The care homes is a lovely place for both residents and visitors with great facilities including coffee shop and beautiful garden. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff and always go that extra mile to unsure the residents are comfortable and happy. We have the piece of mind that mother is being well looked after and needs for nothing, all the team should be proud of their work.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback for us. We really do appreciate your kind words which I've shared with the rest of the team. Kind regards
My partner's aunty recently moved into the home and the whole team have been outstanding. It's been a sensitive time for him too and everyone went above and beyond to make the process smooth. She's settling in and being well looked after
Thank you for your lovely feedback. It can take a while for everyone to adjust to this kind of move, so if you have any questions at any time please just call or drop in to the home.

Meet the Team (1)

I’m the Home Manager for Four Ways and have been with WCS Care since 2007.
I started my journey with WCS at Four Ways working as a part-time, lead and senior carer, before opening up Drovers House in Rugby as the Deputy Home Manager in 2013.
After developing my experience as Home Manager at Drovers House, Castle Brook in Kenilworth, and Attleborough Grange in Nuneaton – I then moved back to Four Ways in my current role.
I'm passionate about helping others and feel nothing is ever too much trouble. I like getting to know our residents, staff and visitors and bringing fun and laughter to our work, whilst always getting the job done.
